Past: Is an experimental galactic weapon created by Washu Hakubi. Washu used the soul and dna of a rare breed of peline from a planet far from Gaia. She was created, at first, to be a helper in Washu's lab. Though Kagoto had other plans for her. He stole Chii from Washu and toyed with her genetic code and soon gained control of Chii. Aquipping Chii with a code of his own, Kagoto had created the most powerful weapon in the universe. For 500 years Kagoto used Chii to destroy all that oposed him, even useing her to destroy some planets. He ruled everything, until the galactic police and Washu de-coded Chii and took her back. From there Washu spent 60 years fixing Chii, and making her a real living being with a full conciousness like she was before Kagoto had changed her codes. 60 years of hard work and determination Chii finally was living again. And Washu sooned realised that Chii was completly aware of everything that Kagoto made her do. Chii was conciuos the whole time but could not stop herself as the Kagoto codes were to strong. After learning this Washu rushed Chii to a different planet that Kagoto would never find, and put Chii on this planet to hide her. Forever knowing of the monster inside her, Chii remained on the planet and still waits for the day her mother will return with a cure, or something to remove all of the code Kagoto had put in her.
