My ex-roommate thinks that he should get $200 back from the month which he stayed in the apartment. That's called rent. He stayed here and he paid to stay here, and now he wants his money back. We were the ones to put up with him for a month, over a month actually... we moved in on the 28th of June and he moved out on the 4th of August. I really don't see why he's complaining.

He shouldn't get a dime back. Did he buy food or anything while he was there? If not, he should be happy that you didn't charge him extra. There aren't many places that he can stay for $200 a month.

He brought his own food, never did the dishes because he only used one fork and spoon so he wouldn't get any dirty dishes... he even ate off cardboard. He spent all of his time either at work, sleeping or play Everquest online. When he was playing EQ, he had his microphone on and was screaming into it whilst playing. Never cleaned anything, he even brought all his dirty clothes back to his parents because he, a 22 year old, couldn't do them himself. His mommy even brought him a new bike because he needed to excerise--he was almost 300 lbs. at the time, I'm not sure about now but I don't think much has changed. Wow, I'm like totally ranting... and this guy doens't even live with us (me and my bf) any more, I guess the guy just gets on my nerves.

Don't worry about ranting. I've done the same thing about people that get on my nerves. Some folks just make you want to kill them and you can't so you have to get the frustration out some way or another.

I cannot believe that his mom does his laundry. No one does laundry for me. In my opinion his mother is only hurting him because she's doing stuff like that for him. What's going to happen when she can longer do it?

Hmmm...I hope he's getting some use out of that bike. I would hate for it to go to waste smile
