Kekkei Genkai (Blood Inheritance Limit)
Throughout the infinite villages of Naruto there lay many clans. Each of these clans has their own unique traits that make them uniquely, identifiably theirs. However, there are only a few clans who can say that they have a kekkai genkai, or advanced bloodline in their clan. An advanced bloodline refers to something that is passed down generation to generation in a specific clan. It is in the genetic makeup of each clan that can not be duplicated or imitated by any method. Advanced bloodlines are always used to the advantage of the user, improving their chances in combat and making them a very worthy opponent. The rulers and warlords of each country had taken advantage of each bloodline to it's fullest extent to help their chances in war, and thus the people began to associate advanded bloodlines with war and pain. This reached the point of hatred towards anybody who was part of these special clans resulting in the genocide of these individuals and whole families, as was the case with Haku.
Now these abilities are special and are a very rare trait in a ninja so there can only be a limited number of members with the blood line trait. At the bottom of each blood line there will be a number saying (some number)/(some number). The number to the left is how many of that clan there are currently and the number to the right is how many of that clan there can be.
Example: If there was 4/5 that would mean there are 4 people currently in that clan and 5 is the maximum number of people that can have that blood line, so for this blood line only one more person could join it until some one in that blood line dies. If some one dies in that blood line then a new user may take there place but it's first come first serve so be fast.

The Kekkonii Clan- The Bloodstained Clan
Village: RAIN
Kaeruchi (alter blood) is the blood inheritance limit of the Kekkonii Clan. The Kekkonii reside in and around the country of Rain, in miniscule groups, as they are hunted for their blood, literally. They can transform their blood into acid, poison, a truth-serum, or a heal-all, as well as manipulate blood in general. However, they were hunted almost into extinction. Instead of tears, they cry blood, if they cry at all. Forgotten at best, the clan (there was only a single family unit left) deserted their Village and moved far away, to settle at the northeasternmost border of Rain. Tears passed, and they were truly forgotten. But now, they are once again appearing in the Hidden Rain.
The Clan’s blood inheritance is called Kaeruchi (alter blood). For this to be used, the 1st elemental chakra must be water, and the second must not exist. NO SECOND ELEMENTAL CHAKRA, ok? Now, the way it works is that the ninja of the Kekkonii clan performs three handseals. One to indicate the second element, one to focus and the last to connect it all.
The user will then bleed onto or into their victim. They can also coat their weapons in blood and apply the technique to the weapons. When activated, the blood will glow in time to the user’s heart, unless the user is dead, and then it will feed off of the victim and glow in time to the victim’s heart. The blood will take these forms:
If they used these sequences of seals:
Ox, reverse-ram, tiger - lightning
Bird, reverse-ram, serpent- wood
Dragon, reverse-ram, horse - air
Hare, reverse-ram, rat- ice
These elements will get these results:
Wood: poison (potency depends on strength of user)
Lightning: acid
Air: truth-serum
Ice: heal-all
Charka cost: 18
Fire and earth elements are not applicable.
Though these are not jutsus limited only to the Clan, they did originally belong to them as secret Clan jutsus:
Niruchi no Jutsu • Blood-boiling Technique

effect: this jutsu requires physical contact, or the user's chakra (preferably infused into an object (weapon) on or in the victim's body) to perform. It basically does what the name implies; it makes the victim's blood boil, the pressure change of which will them make the victim explode.
seals: ram, tiger, dragon, bird, single-palm-parallel pointing to victim, can be done one-handed
(short version: ram, tiger, palm parallel to victim)
Iteruchi no Jutsu • Blood-freezing Technique
Rank: S or high A
Element: water, ice
Chakra cost: 58
effect: this jutsu requires physical contact, or the user's chakra (preferably infused into an object (weapon) on or in the victim's body) to perform. It basically does what the name implies; it makes the victim's blood freeze solid, shutting the victim’s body down and effectively killing them with very little (i.e. none) mess.
seals: ram, ox, dragon, bird, single-palm-parallel pointing to victim, can be done one-handed
(short version: ram, ox, palm parallel to victim)

Effects:
This technique immediately closes wounds with congealed blood that will not open back up like a normal scab. The scab will fall off after 36 hours, whether the wound is healed or not.
Note: special bloodline technique
Name: Naosuchi (Blood-heal)
Rank: high C to B
Element: water, ice
Effects:
Similar to Blood-stop, this technique creates a scab that will not come off for 36 hours. However, the scab will also temporarily take on some of the user’s own blood’s properties when using the element ice, healing the wound.
Chakra cost:
Tiny cut/scratch: 12
-little cut: 17
-gash: 26
-really big wound: 31
-mortal or life-threatening from blood loss: 48
-mortal because of organs etc: 84
The blood clones are also a big favorite with this clan.
