I made my boyfriend cry. crying
Last week I joined the Army okay. That took about two days and then I had to go home for the Labor Day weekend. So I didn't get to see him or talk about my decision with him for seven days. When I got back he was a mess and everyone told me how sad and lonely that he was. So when we finally got a chance to sit down and talk about it he was telling me how much he missed me and that it really hurt that I didn't discuss that I wanted to join the army with him and how he pictured all kinds of bad things happening to me. And then he held me and tears were falling out of his eyes. For some that's no big thing, but he NEVER cries and I made him cry. It broke my heart that I had done that to him. I apologized profusely and wiped the tears away. Then we had a long talk and everything was okay again. He looked me in the eyes and told me that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and had been thinking about it for a while. He'd even been telling his friends about it weeks before I made that decision and had planned to buy me a promise ring and would wait until I got out of the Army to marry me. Isn't that sweet? I just felt so bad because I never want to see him hurting.

That's sweet, it really is. You're lucky to have a guy like that. He'll be fine, he loves you, and you'll come back to him perfectly safe.

I've made my boyfriend cry many times, out of sorrow and joy. It is just something that you need to take as that they feel so emotionaly overwhelmed that there is no other way of expressing it other than tears. However, this happens so rarely that when a guy does cry you are very taken-aback by it. In your case it is sweet and heartfelt.

It takes alot for a man to cry in front of someone else... be thankfull it was to you. It also really shows how much he cares for you... its kind of a good feeling, in a sense, cuz it reasures you of his love and devotion towards you, right?
^_^
watch the music video to "Wake me up when september ends" by Green Day". yur gonna relate to that alot...

It takes a real man to cry true tears. You obviously know he loves you, so he will wait for you. To be in that kind of situation were your love is crying is very awkward. From what you told me props to you it sounded like you did a good job of keeping things under control. I hope you and that guy have a wonderful life together. heart

It's sweet. I don't know any man who'd cry, so consider youself one lucky girl. It shows his love for you, and he never wants anything bad to happen to you.
Remember to spend heaps of time with your man, and yours is a match made in heaven!
