so I am almost 5 months pregnant, and I am wondering what symptoms you feel when you have a misscarriage at lets say, when you are 4 months pregnant or so. Like what kind of pain do you get, if any at all?

You should go ask a doctor or OB-GYN. They're medical professionals and would know.
