Into the arena through the western entrance strolls a tall, strong-looking green-brown creature. Looks like an orc, but a bit thin as orcs go. He carries a medium-sized club, studded with sharpened rocks.

Having been entirely unused in his last match, Marius Uriel was looking forward to yet another good, challenging match against a hopefully adept opponent. His long legs took powerful strides out into the arena, and he raised his arms and smiled, looking to the crowds. He could sense their thirst for blood. It was in their cries. They wanted to see him take it. And drink it.
Marius Uriel had his followers. Like a troupe of oddballs with nothing better to do, they caravaned across the countryside, watching every match that he entered, and cheering for him with a powerful vigor.
It usually kept him pumped and ready to go.
Looking across the arena, Marius spotted his opponent, a rather large orcish type character, standing with a very imposing and menacing club brandished in his arms. Marius immediately assumed that the being must be quite strong, physically. Marius, although small, was strong- and fast. Desirable traits in any bout. Hopefully that, his skill, and his experience, would help him to win the match.
Stepping up to about halfway across the arena. He stopped, dropped his legs back into a more defensible position, and then waited.

The orclike creature doesn't move at all. In fact, he's standing perfectly still.

Marius Uriel noted that the orc was still standing completely still in his/her section of the arena. He raised an eyebrow in contemplation, before furrowing his brow in concentration. He built up his power levels slightly, not close enough to make it to his first transformation, but well enough for a good bout with a decent opponent.
Standing there in the middle of the ring, he stood back up into a more relaxed position. "Name's Marius Uriel, and I'll be your worthy opponent today and all that jazz," he explained, calling across the expanse of terrain towards the orcish creature.
With that, he began hopping back and forth on his legs, 'warming up'. Technically, he was cold-blooded, so he wasn't actually warming up. He just liked to pretend. Like he was back in the human days. With a few stretches, he was finished and looked up to the orc. "Move much?"

The orc continues to not move. It just stands there, still as a statue, looking at Marius.

"I don't usually start fights, that way at the end, I don't feel guilty," Marius explained, standing almost entirely still in a mirror position to that of the orc. Almost in mockery. It was the truth he spoke- he did not usually start fights. He'd end them, but starting? He just didn't like to be the instigator.
So, as he stood there, he continued building up his power levels, quickly boosting the power level to that enough to transform- but giving him immensely multiplied strength and speed in his mere regular form. He could however, transform in a moment's notice.
With that, he drew two small knives, holding the left one in a slashing (tip pointed up) position, and the right one in a stabbing (tip pointed down) position. With that, he deked back and forth a few times in warm up, before beginning to walk forward towards the Orc. He was still a very decent distance from him- enough to begin running and attack, if needed, or enough to begin running. Away, if needed.

Marius becomes irritated with the creature and merely stops where he stands. "You are no more an opponent, than you are a statue," he growled, and deciding to test that theory, reversed the knife in his hand and threw it with accuracy and agility at the creature standing stock still.
He'd already begun to work his magic of Locomotion, however, and could stop the blade in it's flightpath, and send it back to himself, if he deemed nesscessary. Which would be likely if the orc did not move when the blade would be mere inches from its flesh. It would be too odd, and he would consider calling for disqualification for timing out.
Afterall, according to the rules, it had seemed like it had crossed over the specified time to respond to one's opponent, at least by a bit.

THUNK!
Instantly, Marius would be subject to a strong mental assault, attempting to directly commandeer his motor functions and brain stem (in that order) while attempting to simply "push away" his conscious mind to shunt it out of the way without the bother of a long drawn-out battle of wills.
As that happens, the intrinsic illusion is disrupted, revealing the knife stuck into the orc's club, which was held vertically in front of the orc in its right hand...while its outstretched left arm is pointing its left hand, palm-out, at Marius.

Marius' legs began to buckle. Vision faded before Marius' eyes as the mental attack attempted to take hold, but he caught himself before slipping too far. Being a Domine Noctu, he had powerful mind control powers himself, and so had merely placed up a mental block, to hold out against the mental attack on his body. He was surprised by the sudden attack, but recovered quickly- still attempting to surmise what his opponent was, and how his opponent had been able to do whatever it was it had attempted to do.
Deciding to go on the offense, the air around his body begin to rapidly vibrate as he set into motion his 'waver' skill. Immediately, Marius would usually become a blurry vision for whoever were to be looking his way. At nearly the same time, he summoned up two mimics, of a possible four, causing two more Marius' as humanoid 'blobs' that they should now appear to be.
The waver skill worked by manipulating the air molecules surrounding his body, only slightly, causing the air around him to vibrate rapidly. This skill, thus, caused the eyes of most organisms, to attempt focus on the being hidden behind the waver, but be met by the blurry effect of the eyes focusing on the air in so many of those places at once. His mimic skill, was plain and simple- he'd merely summoned copies of himself, masked with fake, identical power levels to himself, and only holding a bit of power to defend up against attacks or launch an attack.
The position Marius would be positioned in now, was the first from the right, of the three. And with that, the three began jumping around, attempting to lose the true being inside the confusing group of three, while Marius prepared for further attacks, as well as thinking up a way to launch an attack.

The orc just stands there, frozen in position. If Marius can "see" magic, he'd note an unknown magical aura closely surrounding the orc's body, but he'd see nothing unusual other than that.
Gakh-Ghigh, however, is not a happy camper. That makes two out of two opponents able to resist his mental alteration magic.

Seeing that the orc had sent no immediate attack to him, he decided that it would now be a good time to launch an attack. Using a levitation spell, a massive cloud of coarse sanded lifted into the air and flew at Gakh, while one of Marius' mimics darted forward.
The sand would be attacking from the left and the mimic attacking from the right.

Gakh-Ghigh swings the spike-studded club at the mimic, ignoring the sand.

The mimic takes the hit hard, raising an arm to stop the blow, causing the force of the blow to crack his arm. Fractured, most likely, and definately torn from the spiked rocks. But from where Marius was positioned, he couldn't judge the force of the blow. Still, the mimic leapt back, away from the speeding sands, and held his arm in fake pain, attempting to stifle blood flow.
However, as he stood there, his eyes focused on the now speeding sand, going multiple times faster than that found in an above average Egyptian sandstorm. Depending on what kind of creature Gakh-Ghigh actually is, and depending on what his magical aura is, will determine what the affect of the sand is.
If perhaps, this orc does not use his eyes, or his aura is protecting him, he should be able to continue mostly as normal, only under the strain of speeding winds and whipping sands. If he does use his eyes, and he is not quick, sand will likely fill them and cause at least temporary blindness.
