Kekkei Genkai (Blood Inheritance Limit)

Throughout the infinite villages of Naruto there lay many clans. Each of these clans has their own unique traits that make them uniquely, identifiably theirs. However, there are only a few clans who can say that they have a kekkai genkai, or advanced bloodline in their clan. An advanced bloodline refers to something that is passed down generation to generation in a specific clan. It is in the genetic makeup of each clan that can not be duplicated or imitated by any method. Advanced bloodlines are always used to the advantage of the user, improving their chances in combat and making them a very worthy opponent. The rulers and warlords of each country had taken advantage of each bloodline to it's fullest extent to help their chances in war, and thus the people began to associate advanded bloodlines with war and pain. This reached the point of hatred towards anybody who was part of these special clans resulting in the genocide of these individuals and whole families, as was the case with Haku.

Now these abilities are special and are a very rare trait in a ninja so there can only be a limited number of members with the blood line trait. At the bottom of each blood line there will be a number saying (some number)/(some number). The number to the left is how many of that clan there are currently and the number to the right is how many of that clan there can be.
Example: If there was 4/5 that would mean there are 4 people currently in that clan and 5 is the maximum number of people that can have that blood line, so for this blood line only one more person could join it until some one in that blood line dies. If some one dies in that blood line then a new user may take there place but it's first come first serve so be fast.

Uchiha Clan-Sharingan

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as when Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito gave his left eye to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.

The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.

Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Mangekyou Sharingan

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is a legendary doujutsu ability which has only emerged in a few clan members in its history. The requirements for gaining the Mangekyou are very controversial in nature. After Uchiha Itachi murdered his best friend Shisui and then wiped out his clan, he gained Mangekyou. He told his younger brother Sasuke that to gain the Mangekyou form, he too would have to kill his closest friend. There is still mystery surrounding the eye and the Uchiha clan itself. Itachi told Sasuke that a scroll in their clan shrine reveals the true original purpose of the clan doujutsu; however readers have yet to be told what this secret is. Itachi also told Sasuke that if he also gains the Mangekyou, then there will be three people who could handle it. After the time skip in the series, Hatake Kakashi revealed he had gained a form of Mangekyou, though his eye did not resemble Itachi's. It is unknown if Hatake Kakashi or his eye's original owner Uchiha Obito was this third person.

Usage of the Mangekyou techniques drains quite a bit of a user’s chakra, more so than any other normal technique. The three revealed Mangekyou techniques are the Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and an unnamed technique. Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are named after mythological deities; they have a sibling named Susanoo. This unnamed third technique may in actuality be this one.

The Amaterasu or Goddess of the Sun technique is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to create a powerful black fire. This fire can then be used to cut through a strong barrier and is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights.

The Tsukuyomi or God of the Moon technique is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to initiate a mentally and physically harmful illusion. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected, while the jutsu is cast the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the Uchiha clan member. The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it, this may mean either an Uchiha also holding the Mangekyou or one fully skilled in the three tomoe Sharingan form.

The third technique used by Hatake Kakashi may be called Susanoo or God of the Sea and Storms. With this technique, Kakashi formed a handseal to activate his Sharingan and change it into his Mangekyou form. Kakashi then focused on a point on the body of his target. The area around the target then began to warp and collapse in on itself, resulting in about half a meter diameter of area being quickly "sucked" out of reality.

The normal eye for an Uchiha clan member resembles any normal human eye with iris, pupil and sclera.
This is the first variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop one of the wheel swirls. seeing an enemy jutsu with this dot allows the Uchiha to copy the jutsu unless its a blood line jutsu or forbidden jutsu. This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. Luner Wheel Illusion Eye. This is the rare Mangekyou form which is said to only appear in a few Uchiha members. Using this form of Mangekyou the user can see through all illusions also the user can reverse the illusion on the enemy that cast it putting the illusion under the clan members control. This eye can also send anyone into a genjutsu by looking into it or at a part of the clan members body such as a finger, to say the least this is a very powerful eye and the only one that can use Tsukuyomi - God of the Moon (Moon Reader) Technique.(Takes 8 chakra points to activate.)

Solor Wheel Destruction Eye. This form of Mangekyou sharingan only forms in one eye leaving the other eye with 3 swirls. The Solar Eye then acts as a sniper gun. Using alot of concentration, the user aims the eye to a certant point and fires, sending an invisible, yet powerful, blast of chakra at the target. Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.((note: this is not a bloodline jutsu but a jutsu that the uchiha specialize in))

Hyuuga Clan-Byakugan

Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan. The Hyuuga clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the tenketsu; the internal chakra coils systems' 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings. The higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.

The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (Gentle Fist) Fighting Style. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at the tenketsu points. When the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or increase their opponent’s chakra flow. The internal chakra coils, which spread throughout the body, also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways, so when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra. The normal eye for a Hyuuga clan member differs from a normal human eye. The iris and pupil are barely discernable with both appearing a milky white in color. The pupil itself is larger than a typical humans and it is outlined by a black region. The sclera remains normal except the larger size of the pupil reduces ones ability to view it.

Once the eye is fully activated, the hidden iris becomes more apparent. Also when providing blood and chakra for the eyes' bloodline vision, veins will bulge lateral to each eye.

Juuken is fighting style utilized by Hyuga clan members, it is the strongest style of Konoha. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the 126 tenketsu of the opponent's body. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes the tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou - Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Hakkeshou Kaiten - Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin

Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou - Guardian Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand

Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique developed by Hyuuga Hinata. During the period after the Chuunin Exam, Hinata pushed herself harder than ever before. During this time she improved her chakra control and developed her own style within the Hyuuga bloodline abilities. She practiced the technique around water to hone it to perfection. Utilizing the Hakke Rokujuuyonshou style, Hinata uses her natural flexibility and her precise chakra control to create an absolute defense.

Hinata will emit chakra from her palms and move her arms in sweeping pattern movements to provide a full 360 degree range of protection for her body. This chakra will also be able to cut through most any target which dares penetrate the protective sphere. By expelling a more sharper, stronger and more flexible amount of chakra, she can increase it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.

Effect: This seal is attached to the members of the Hyuuga Branch Family. It is placed on the family member at birth to ensure the secrets of the Byakugan do not fall into enemy hands. It also ensures the Branch member follows the orders of the Main House. When the seal is placed on the Branch members forehead, their mind can be destroyed by a hand seal known only by the Main family. Only the main family head member may wipe out the branch family's mind completely, but any main branch can use the seal to cause the Hyuuga branch member unbearable pain in their mind.

Yamato Clan- Reborn of Wood

This blood line limit was that of Shodaime-Hokage and died along with him, but Orochimaru tried to make someone with his power by combining Shodaime's cells with many babys'. He thought they all died, but Yamato lived and was able to use the blood line.

This blood limit allows the user to use many special jutsu, involving wood, that others can't use. They can do everything from making trees grow faster in the way they want, to turning parts or all of there own body into wood. They do so by giving the tree their chakra, speeding up its' growth in the way their chakra flows. By controling the flow they control the shape, size, and thickness of the tree.

Mokuton • Shichuuka no Jutsu is a unique Ninjutsu technique used by Yamato. Using his ability to utilize Mokuton (wood release) techniques, Yamato will form handseals and cause beams of wood to emerge from the ground. These beams will converge and combine to form a dwelling of his choosing. This dwelling will resemble a normal home, with rooms and doors on the inside. In essence the technique allows Yamato to conjure a home from nothing, and not even have to summon it.((allows the user to sleep anywhere very usefull))

Mokuton • Shichuurou no Jutsu is a unique Ninjutsu technique used by Yamato. Using his ability to utilize Mokuton (wood release) techniques, Yamato will form handseals and cause beams of wood to emerge from the ground. These beams will converge and combine to form a prison. In essence the technique allows Yamato to conjure a prison from nothing, and not even have to summon it.

Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu • Kakuan Nitten Suishu is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the First Hokage and his genetically infused double Yamato, however because Yamato is not Shodai himself, he does not have the same level of control. This hidden technique allows both men to control Jinchuuriki in conjunction with the unique crystallized chakra necklace. The crystal necklace responds to the First Hokage's chakra, which in turn allows them to control the chakra of the Jinchuuriki. This power was so coveted, it was said to be the reason Shodai was made Hokage, and why Yamato was made by Orochimaru.

To use the technique, a complex string of handseals will be used, and the user's palm will be extended. The palm will bear the "sit" kanji. Drawing close, the user will place their palm on the chest of the Jinchuuriki and then withdraw, an emanation of chakra will then follow from the seal to the palm. Spiked posts will rise and surround the Jinchuuriki to corral them. In a short time, the Jinchuuriki's bijuu manifestation and chakra will withdraw from their body into the chest seal, eventually returning them to normal.

Haruna clan-Inner self

this is one of the old bloodlines that has not been seen in many years the most resent Haruna to have this line was Haruna Sakura. this bloodline uses both sides of there brain easily and can master and understand jutsu's faster than most giving them very good chakra control. Another trait of this bloodline is that they have an alternate personality that is the exact opposite of the way they normally act. By changing the chakra flow to there brain they will be knocked unconscious for 30 sec during this time the persons brain waves are switching places with there alter ego. Once this is completed there other self has complete control of there body for 30 min. This other self knows all jutsu's, abilities, and memories of the other personality but can normally fight much better then the original personality. also when switching to this personality it can regenerate all lost chakera that was used before(can only be used when switching to the second personality).

Inner self- to use this ability the clan member must focus there chakra into there brain to switch there brain waves with there alter ego, doing so takes 30 sec (2 posts) and is hard to perform when in battle much like Ino's jutsu during the switch the clan members body is useless making it a target for enemy attack. By doing so the clan member gains back all lost chakra.

Yakushi clan- Cell regeneration

Yakushi clan is a long line of medical ninja thought to have ended with Kabuto. Ninja from this clan are impossiblely smart using there brains to win a fight aling with there medical jutsu. The only one that could out do them in medical ninjutsu is the legendary 5th Hokage. There fighting style is similar to the Hyuuga, they perform the Chakra scalpel jutsu then attack the enemy with it. The strange thing is because this jutsu was made for medical purpess and posses little threat in battle or so every one thought. but the Yakushi clan is able to extend the chakra's lenth alowing them to cut deeper than normal, 1 touch cutting through a humans muscle making them useless. this jutsu can be hard to fight against if hit in the chest because it would hit the lungs making it harder to breath and thus fight. only a medical ninja could have a chance at fighting at full strenth in this state.Even though they can extend the chakra blade to cause damege to the muscle's the draw back is the cant extend it far enough to reach the heart if this jutsu where to extend to that lenth the ninja they hit in the heart would die instantly. When a clan member becomes to badly injured they will use there jutsu called Inyu Shometsu. Made and only used by this clan they can send chakra to a sertaint point of the body before it is hit allowing the cells to start the healing prosses right as the blow is landed there ultiment medical jutsu making them very hard to defeat. In the events that the clan member can not kill there target and have no other option they will use there final ability Chakra no Ito stolen from the Fuuma clan. wrapping chakra threads around there heart and enemys heart making there chakras flow as one inturn making it so if the Clan member Die's so will the enemy.

Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood veseels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Chakra no Ito is a secret Ninjutsu technique of the Fuuma Clan. The ninja will create threads of chakra which will start at their heart's chakra circulatory system and extend outwards. These threads can then be wound around their opponents body and internal organs. This essentially will tie their two hearts together and make them become one. Once fully in sync, the ninja's chakra circulatory system can control their opponents system, so if the ninja dies, their opponent dies as well.

The threads themselves are not easily cut by normal means, only a special Fuuma clan tag can cut the strings.

Ranshinshou is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Tsunade. Changing the chakra in her hand into an electricity, Tsunade can create an electric field to disrupt her targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Tsunade can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body.

Souzou Saisei is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sannin Tsunade. It is said this technique will prevent Tsunade's falling in battle. Over time Tsunade will concentrate chakra to a spot on her forehead that takes the form of a diamond. When she releases the seal on the jutsu, the chakra disperses and stimulates the proteins of her body to increase the speed of cell division and reconstruction of cells. This allows her to recreate all organs and tissues. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. Unfortunately a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime. By speeding up this process Tsunade is shortening her life. She may not die in battle, but she can die by speeding up its natural lifespan.

Another potential side effect of this technique is her body losing its youthful form. After using this jutsu in battle, the effects will show as her body regains it's natural older form. It is only after rest that she can cause her body to regain its false youth.

Kurama clan-advanced genjutsu users

this is a dieing clan in the leaf village once they brought the hidden leaf fame and glory do to there advanced genjutsu. These genjutsu users are able to cast genjutsu with out using hand seals. Once the enemy has entered there genjutsu the user has complete control of the world they are in. It's pretty much a battle of minds once cast, in the real world there bodies are knocked out. There genjutsu's control all 5 senses sight,hearing,touch,smell,taste at the same time making any damage received while in the genjutsu real the one under the genjutsu's mind will do damage to itself thinking the damege is real.((so if your skin is burned or cut etc. in the illusion then it happens to your real body))Sense this genjutsu uses all the senses if a ninja has a heightened sense of any of the scenes listed above the genjutsu works even better even in blood lines such as the hyuuga, but bloodlines such as the sharingan can still see through this illusion. This clan can also take control over an enemy genjutsu with there abilities. Although this clan is powerful it is dieing out fast only one member of the main branch lives today. Most of there clan die out before making it to chunin.

tenken iryuujon aaiu bouen amatsukami(Divine illusion of the all seeing gods)-This is a genjutsu that does not need to have hand seals to activate. Once activated the genjutsu instantly puts the enemy or enemies in an illusion world that looks just like the surrounding area. The enemy or enemies real bodies are passed out but they do not no the difference between the real world and illusion one. in this world everything in it is controlled by the clan member through illusions. But these illusions can do the same damage as if they where real. The only way out of this jutsu is if someone that is not in the jutsu knocks out all of the scenes of the people under the genjutsu at the same time. The better the enemy's scenes are the better the illusions effect them making clans like the Hyuuga easy victims to this genjutsu. The sharingan still has the power to see through illusions so someone with the Uchiha blood line would be able to break free of it using the sharingan.
