i bought my brand new white american stratocaster yesterday but im having trouble with it. whenever i tune it it doesnt stay in tune, because the bridge keeps coming popping out a little. what do i do?

i think you should return it..... or glue it...The guitar should be in perfect condition when you buy it and if it doesnt stay in tune there is a problem

First off, congrats on the US Strat. Those are great guitars.
You shouldn't need to return it. Stratocasters have floating bridges. That means that the whammey bar can be used. If you don't use the whammey bar, you should get the bridge flush with the body. I suggest you take it to a shop to do that for you, because it can be difficult work. That should take care of the problems. If it doesn't, ask me. I pretty much am the stratocaster guy around here. smile
