Cuz the guy who played him died, so I think that they should have a new person for a bit then he should die crying ... but now that I think about uncle is SO COOL! *squee* what's your opinion?

I thought he died when azula hurt him but then again i thought azula blew up for a sec...

Are you insane?! All those who say Iroh should die because his voice is a tiny bit different can get out of my internets! Aang had a different voice actor between the first two episodes and the rest! stressed

Personally I think they should kill him off...I'm not saying I hated him because he was one of my favorite characters and I would be really sad if he did die crying but at the same time...If you think about it they've gone so far into the series already, why get someone else to play him if at least half of the people that liked him would complain about the new voice actor sucking. I can understand if they switch actors within the first few episodes of the show but I kidn of think it's to late to do that. And they set it up so perfectly...A few episodes back Azula hit him with her lightning, all they would have to do would make it so the lightning didn't effect him so quick.
But still...I can't believe Mako (voice actor for Iroh) is dead crying

One theory I heard was that Azula wil kill Iroh, and Zuko will join up with Aang and teach him firebending

im really sad too crying crying eek crying but i want uncle iroh in for the rest of the series! im so torn cuz i want zuko to help aang too!! crying confused confused confused heart crying

They're not going to kill off Iroh. Believe me because I work for them. I wish! But if I did it would turn out like my carrots. Mutated and weird. I'd die if Iroh died in the show!

From what I hear I think the makers aren't going to do so, since they have a good plot already and if they were to kill Iroh off then what would happened to the already made plot?
The best thing they can do is find a REALLY good voice actor. I mean like they did with Aang's voice (mentioned by the post above) I never knew he had a different voice in the beginning of the series xd

Edit: Blasphemy! The Dark Lord Iroh will punish you! no he didnt.... and his voice won't be just a tiny bit different, Mako had a distinct voice, and nobody can ever replace him! personally, i agree with lemon, even though i LOVE iroh, it might be better if he died...
