History// Ashlyn’s family is pretty average. they live in the apartment above her father’s vintage clothing shop, all seven of them. needless to say Ashlyn was more than happy to move away for college. her father’s parents joined their family of five when she was she was eight, forcing Ashlyn to give up her room and she had to share with her two brothers, but she didn’t mind. she was never an outstanding student like her older brother, or a charmer like her younger brother, but she’s always been happy with her life and the way she lives it.
growing up, she had always held a fascination with all things Asian, particularly Japan. her senior year in high school was spent collecting scholarships and as the money rolled in, she was able to pursue her dream of attending college overseas. she was accepted to Aquila University and she knew without a doubt that that was where she was supposed to be. fresh on her own, she’s nervous about leaving her close knit family behind but at the same time can’t wait to start living her life the way she knew it was meant to be lived while pursuing an advertising and marketing degree in hopes of one day working at an advertising firm.
