At 3:30pm (Sydney time) the world was made aware of the saddest new ever.
Steve "The Crocodile Hunter" Irwin has died.
He was struck across the chest by a stringray, while filming an up coming doco.
LONG LIVE STEVE IRWIN!
"Coor, blimey! Did you see the size of that!"

He said "crikey" for his last time, only it was underwater so it was kinda all garbled up and suck.
He might have been an alligator hunter, but he just croked it.
It was funny, on one report it said something like "apparently he died when the barb of a stingray pierced his chest and punctered his heart." and I'm going "no ******** really!?! maybe he had high cholesterol and just happened to die from it at that same exact time. (no s**t surelock)"
I will miss him, honestly I will...

Tis sad. although I did win $100 in a bet I made three years ago.
Kinda funny, th fact that for years he's handled deadly snakes and little buggies and the thing that killed him was a stingray. Seriously, nobody dies from that. He must be the first person I've heard of that did.

I swam with a stingray in Jamaica! Plus I held it and petted it and it fell asleep in my hands.

not only did Steve get hit in the heart by one, but like a hundred other people got stung that same day. I will call that day "the great Stingray Rebellion."
