I freakin cant beat kevins transformation he's kills me when Im about half way through with him (he boost like six times) Then he uses that critcal hit always move And Im down to one person?

My preferred team for that fight was Shion, KOS-MOS, and MOMO. At the outset, have Shion and MOMO use Safety on everyone while KOS-MOS gets in some mega damage and decent break with W-Fang (if you don't have this skill, shame on you).
After that, use KOS-MOS as your primary attacker and Shion and MOMO as ether support/backup attackers. Having Shion's Break Blow II, and MOMO's break arrow skill that I can't remember the name of are a must.
Basically just heal whenever you take damage, mind your break gauges, and just keep your pace relentless.
At about half of his life gone, you'll probably be running low on EP for everyone (or more importantly, KOS-MOS) and your HP will probably be down some as well so go ahead and throw a Rejuvenator DX to heal everybody right up, and go right back to the beatdown.
Now, the evil part comes whenever you get him broken. Once he suffers break, do nothing but keep boosting KOS-MOS in to use W-Fang. I had a Boost bonus item on Shion so I had about six boost to work with. You oughta be able to get about eight consecutive attacks in with KOS-MOS if your boost meter is full when you start.
And when he's spitting on no health, just keep boosting KOS-MOS in regardless of his break state. No real concern if you just keep at it.
Oh, and make sure you have tissues handy for after you beat the boss following Kevin's second form.
