Contrary to the first reply you receieved, it has nothing to do with being bad at sex =P
It isn't that sex is harder for guys, actually it's kinda the opposite. For a guy to reach climax is easier than for a girl. A guy can come very quickly, but girls take much longer.
Also, many girls find it difficult to orgasm from just penetration. They usually also require clitoral stimulation too.
The more you have sex, the more you will learn to "hold out" and to prolong your orgasm.
A great trick to help out is to orally pleasure the girl before sex. Get her worked up and then it wont take as long to get her to orgasm. Foreplay is a brilliant tool for helping the girl reach climax quicker during sex.
Another helper is to c** before you have sex. Masturbate or have your partner orally pleasure you. That way it will take you much longer until you're able to c** again, and in that time you should be able to work your partner into an orgasm.

Not only is it blood that is released from your body when you have your menstrual cycle, but its a mixture of tissue, blood, and other bits on lining that are combined to equal your period.
The reason it takes so long, is because it isn't just the egg coming down the tube that makes you "bleed". Its a process of cleaning out the dead tissue.
This is what happens inside your body when you get your period:
The lining of your uterus swells up and increases in size. The swelling is causes by blood and tissue thickening in there. This happens because if the egg was to become fertilized, it would attach itself into the thick, cushiony wall.
Now, since you're asking about your period, we will leave pregnancy out of this. No period when you're pregnant =P
Alright.
So the walls are all thick with blood and tissue, and your uterus is awaiting the egg.
During your period, the egg will just pass by the walls and not become fertilized, thus making your newly thickened walls useless.
Since you have no need for the thickness, it dies and sheds away. The process of all the blood and tissue shedding away is what we call a period. The process takes about 3-5 days.
About the blood attracting predators..
Luckily we don't live in a time period where that is a concern.
When it used to be a concern though, menstruating women would sometimes be sent away from the community and into isolation. This was to protect the people and to keep predators away from the village.
How truthful is that? I'm not entirely sure.
I mean the part about being isolated is. But if predators would come? I'm not confident in. I think it's more myth than anything
You must remember, menstrual blood is dead. Animals can detect that and know that it isn't fresh blood from another wounded animal.

Well I will start with girls, since, I am one =P
With girls you don't have a p***s so you obviously don't get "hard" as in an erection. Although, nipples can become erect when some girls are aroused.
If the girl does not masturbate or have sex while aroused the feeling will usually pass. It can take a few minutes or longer, but not much. It DOES go away though.
With guys, it's pretty much the same thing. When the p***s becomes erect it will usually go back to normal sometime soon, depending on the situation. If it's one of those random erections, it can go away within minutes. If the male is being stimulated and thus an erection is caused, it could take a bit longer.
Since you ask this question I'm guess you may have heard of "Blue Balls". This actually doesn't have anything to do with just a random erection.

Well foreplay is what you do before sex. It doesn't HAVE to be done but it helps set the mood. Foreplay can be anything from just simple kisses to massages to teasing and torturing. If you're into roleplaying, foreplay would be setting the scene for your roleplay game, ie student-teacher scene, your foreplay would be what would happen in class before the sex.
After foreplay.. you sex =D! Foreplay builds up the sexual tension. It makes you want the other person more.
Now, as for after sex..
Some people DO just roll over and sleep, although.. I don't know if that's the most polite of options. The best and most common thing to do is to continue touching, kissing, and cuddling.. eventually falling asleep in each others arms.

Every girl is different. With each partner that you'll be with, you will have to spend time getting to know what turns them on. During foreplay, a great way to learn.. is by having them masturbate. That way you can see exactly what they like and take over from there.
Some things are the same. Kissing and nibbling on the neck and ears. Touching of nipples. Lightly stroking the tummy and sides and thighs.

In hental and porn women get sexually aroused when their nipples are touched because that's a common thing to have happen in real life. Nipples can be very sensitive, especially when you're aroused. If you don't feel anything when you play with yours, do as DarkRevenance said. Experiment with different things. Pinching and flicking work better than just touching them. You can also try using things like ice cubes, other cold items. You could use warm items. If you're into more extreme things.. hot wax is always fun, yet painful, to try.

Raynie can answer it alot better, but, the plain and simple answer, would be your nipples are not as sensitive, to that kind of touch, although you can try experimenting with other sorts of touch, so hots /colds/wet/dry.
And... for the most part, Porn and Hentai is faked... yes they are having sex and it looks like they are enjoying it, and probably are for the most part, but its made to sell, so it has to look like its real...
