Myoa danced in the clouds. She laughed as the moisture tickled her wings. She loved flying, no matter the time of day. She circled around a last time, then landed gracefully near a small stream. She drank her fill peacefully, thinking of good times and laughter. Then, she lifted her head up, hearing footsteps in the distance. She waited to see if the approaching Soquili was friend or foe.

Tequila blew at the long strands of hair that covered her face. She shook her head happily and trotted forward. The area around her picked at her curiosity, and she started trotting faster, letting her energy out.
She started slowing down when she saw a figure in the distance by a stream, and decided to slowly approach their presence. She walked over so they could notice her without being alarmed, and bowed her head, saying: "Hello there, my name is Tequila! It is a pleasure to meet you." She smiled and brought her head up to face her.

She was definatly a friend. Myoa smiled, and bowed her head in return. "A pleasure to meet you, Tequila! I'm Myoa, how are you?" She loved meeting new Soquili, it was such a thrill to make to friends!
A gentle breeze picked up and ruffled Myoa's short mane. It was so beautiful out!

Daisy trotted through the thicket of trees and saw a stream of water in a small clearing. ”Water!” She thought, relieved that she has something to quench her thirst. As she neared the small stream, two figures took shape. Both were soquili, but one of these had wings. The other was red and black with some shades of gray. She has never seen a winged soquili before, but she has not seen or met a lot of other soquili. She thought it would be interesting to meet the two and make some new acquaintances. She approached the two and shyly said, “Hello.” She lowered her gaze and smiled at them. Then she dipped her head down and took a drink from the stream.

Tequila smiled with relief, and responded "I am well, and am also enjoying the beautiful day! How are you doing as well?"
She was excited and nervous, for she did not know anyone in this land. She kept smiling and observing her surroundings.
Just then, Tequila noticed another soquili drinking water. "Hello there!" She responded, happy to meet another.

"Hello." Myoa smiled. Wow, another new face! She grinned encouragingly at the shy mare. She had a beautiful rich honey coat, and a wonderful white mane and tail.
The peridot mare turned back to Tequila. "I am good as well, thank you. It is beautiful, isn't it?" Myoa replied, contently.

Tequila glanced at the soquili drinking water, and decided to grab some herself. She was a bit exhausted from her jog.
She then looked up at Myoa, saying "Indeed, I couldn't have imagined a nicer day." She then noticed Myoa's wings, and started to feel her face turn into a wider grin. Wings, how amazing, she thought. "I'm sure today is a beautiful day to soar as well!" Tequila added, imagining herself in the clouds.

Myoa grinned. "Yes, but it is always a good time to fly." She laughed gently, remembering and relishing the joy of flight. "It's a beautiful day for anything, really." She added. It really was. There was a gentle breeze, and the air was comfortablely warm, without being humid.

Daisy smiled at her new acquaintances. ”Hello, I’m Daisy. It’s a pleasure to meet you both” She said as she lifted her head from the stream. Water dripped from her muzzle as she spoke. She gently shook the water off of her lips. She admired both for their beauty. Such bold, but beautiful colors they were. ”I have never seen a soquili with wings before,” She said, but then she realized that she probably shouldn't have said that aloud and blushed."Pardon my rudness," She whispered and redirected her gaze to the ground once again.

Tequila turned and smiled at Daisy. She too felt the same way, especially because she had never seen one with wings either. Then she turned back to Myoa, and said "I too am astonished, and it truly is amazing that you can fly."

Myoa smiled. Many had reacted much more....strongly towards her wings. "Hello Daisy!" She spoke in a soothing voice. "No, you weren't being rude at all. There's nothing wrong with being curious." She flexed her wings slowly, feeling the need to stretch them. "No, I am blessed that I am able to fly." She corrected Daisy lightly. At birth, she didn't have the power to choose whether to have wings or not, so she considered them a blessing.

Tequila smiled at how kind Myoa was. She still couldn't imagine the joy of flying, and wished she could experience it. She then turned to Daisy, and smiled, wondering if she too wanted to fly as well.

Daisy smiled at Myoa. She seems so kind. ”Indeed, you are blessed with the gift of flight. It must be amazing to soar in the sky,” She giggled at the mere thought of flying, even though she will never experience it. She was even slightly envious, but she was kind of glad that she didn't have wings at the same time since she slightly fearful of heights. ”A beautiful day it is indeed,” She sighed happily. She looked up at the sky trying to imagine being up in the clouds.

Tequila also turned to the clouds and then looked at Daisy. She gleamed at her coat color, it was so crisp and elegant. "How has your day been going so far?" Tequila asked, shyly.

Myoa smiled, reconizing that her friends wished to enjoy the experience of flying. She understood that feeling well, she didn't know what she would do if she lost her wings. She wished to be able to share the thrill of the wind beneath her wings with her newfound friends, and all her future friends. She thought for a moment, wondering what she could do.
