::Theory Statement::

~::Utopia has finally arrived upon Earth, but not in the expected manner. The human race has been eradicated by the 1000 Years War, and those once persecuted have taken the Stage, the giant International AirCraft. Those persecuted included many races believed to be myth or legends, but they were now anything but. Utope has decended and the Fae have come into power. But Hell is not happy with the huge increase in its population . . . Come forth, Lords of the Realms::~

::Creatures::

::Fae:: Similar in body and structure to the Elves and sometimes their Familiars, Fae are powerful entities of magic and mind. their species has progressed far in the MindSecrets and has used them to exterminate painfully and painlessly. Males are at the top of their hierarchy, thought females do possess the Mental prowess to ascend and match leading Generals.

::Elves:: Sleek and elegant, Elves are designed for silent, quick fighting. They live lavishly and in luxury, despite current world affairs. Typically in possession of Elemental abilities, Elves are long-distance combatants that will, when necessary, resort to physical violence to win. Live the Fae, Elves often are found in the company of their Familiars. They are governed strictly by the Elven Council and their Queen.

::Shades:: Silent, mysterious, and ancient, the Shades are equivalent and even superior to every race on Earth. Not much is known about Shades. The skin is rumored to be gray and riddled with cryptic markings. Only known powers possessed by the Shades include Shadow-Stalking and Soul-Splitting. They are talented, deadly, and more often than not sadistic. It is not above a Shade to resort to torture in order to get what it wants.

::Rakshaasa:: Nobles and aristocrats of Hell, Rakshaasa are extremely powerful creatures of a sinister beauty. Their fighting power and desctruction ability is legendary, and many current Earth-races are eternally grateful that they are imprisoned within their own territory. The Rakshaasa have not visited Earth for many eons, but now they have begun to transcend the Borders on their Xyla-Kan's orders. For what reason is unknown.

::Krag'nak:: Strange physically altered foxes and wolves from the Arctic Realm, the Krag'nak exude a "thrall" that is so similar to that of the now extinct Incubus that they are often consued, despite obvious physiological differences. Unlike the Incubi, however, Krag'nak kill and ingest those it leads into its "thrall." A victim usually witnesses a shadow or "vice" of the Krag'nak's true form before death. They are very dangerous creatures under the employment and ownership of the Rakshaasa. How they came to be is unknown.

::Kan:: The traditional, power-wreathed name for the Lords of the Realms. Lords of the Realms, or Kan, are the monarchs of each race. Realms include: Arctic of the Krag'nak, Cloud of the Elves, Czar of the Fae, Raze of the Shades, and Hell of the Rakshaasa.

::Abilities:: Drais has long since perfected the sacred arts of the Shadows, as per the instructions of his teachers and former Rish-Kan. Having been handpicked to succeed Lord Lucian DeVeau, Drais found that he was highly expected of and sought to destroy those expectations by exceeding them completely. A Master Shade, Drais has never revealed his true skills, just as tradition demands. Being the Rish-Kan, it has been assumed that Lord Drais possesses enough power to attract much attention, both encouraged and unwanted.

::Weapons:: Drais's signiture weapon has long since been the Sythe of Daemona. A cruel but beautiful weapon, Lady Daemona of the First Dawn's dearest possession has selected and slain its owners, respectively. Lord Lucian DeVeau was killed by his own Sythe on Drais's Annointment, and hence the sickle-blade was passed on to the new Rish-Kan. Although Drais adores the weapon with a love bordering on obsession, the Master Shade cannot ignore the possibility of assassination by his own blade and therefore imprisons it after use.

::Background:: An ancient being, Drais came into his Inheritence as Twilight around the same time that Lord Lucian DeVeau, then Rish-Kan, began scouting for his successor. After witnessing the unparelleled skill and grace with a common scythe, the Shade Lord brought Drais back to the Captial of Raze in order to train him. Centuries passed of learning, politics, and near-murders. Finally, the day arrived when Lucian was slain by his own weapon, and Drais became the possessor of the wicked, seductive Daemona Sythe. After learning of the Fae takeover of the Airship, Drais decided that the Shade populace would further gain more superiority over the rest of Earth's races.

Drais is a very cold and patient man. A dangerous character with the features of the most beautiful Elf or Rakshaasa, his parentage has been rumored to be anything but that of a Shade. His skin is unmarked, for all tattoos or clan symbols were removed the day of his Annoinment. It has been rumored that, although his status and power as Rish-Kan would give him such liberties, he has never taken a mate or even a woman to his bed. His reputation as an unbelievable partner, however, far outstrips this rumor. Drias is powerful and dangerous, and he has no problem letting everybody know.
