This is the beautiful city of Ellesmera, home to the elves. This is simply a place to relax, let your dragon grow, train with all of the elves, and most of all practice magic. Many riders come here to take a break and yet it still seems almost uninhabited as the elves prepare for war with Galbatorix.
Whether you wish to participate in this conflict or raise other riders is your choice.
