  Paendra was my first beta, given to me by Junyi. Her parents were both flatsale Shiek betas named after Monopoly squares. She doesn't get the craziness that runs rampant in the aquarium, but that doesn't mean she doesn't find some of it entertaining.

  Bofu is a very special beta, because he is based off of my RL boyfriend. This fishie borrowed said boyfriend's nickname and got it tattooed in katakana on his shoulder. He is a very sweet and sometimes awkward guy, and very much a Three Kingdoms geek. Just like his RL counterpart.

  Dregan was a Valentine's Day SS given to me by Lord Braska and is my first clownfish. I like blue and green, so sue me, hee. He hasn't flitted about much in the aquarium, but I imagine he'd be a bright cheerful little thing.

  Zhou Yu is calm, cool, handsome, impossibly talented, and one of the most brilliant minds of his age, if not THE most. Head strategist of Wu, he strives to bring about the dream of a united land under his sworn brother Sun Ce. He's a bit of a workaholic and tends to occasionally overlook his important normal tasks, but he loves his wife dearly and is grateful for her continuous support.
Xiao Qiao on the other hand, is cute, energetic, eternally cheerful, innocently curious, and a klutz. She, like her older sister Da, is said to be so beautiful that birds forget to fly, fish drown, and flowers and even the moon hide their faces in shame. She cares nothing for those tales and thinks only of keeping people happy and helping her beloved husband achieve his goals... even if it means tying him down to make sure he eats and sleeps.
