Ice caves where various types of Ice, Water, and Cave poke'mon appear. Also, a little something has appeared here and can be found. You must have Surf to enter Beauty Contest Leader Oceana  Appearing Pokemon Roll one 8-sided di: 1=Zubat 2=Goldeen 3=Slowpoke 4=Staryu 5=Seel 6=Krabby 7=Shellder 8=Psyduck The level will be determined in the next post of battle by rolling 1 4-sided di again, however this time the corresponding number will be the level. This may only be done every 5 posts in these caves. 1=Lv.27 2=Lv.28 3=Lv.29 4=Lv.30

"For one, there aren't any giant whirlpools waiting to suck you in," Chloe grimaced with a wince. "Those didn't seem like too fun, so they have a welcome absence here."

After a brief look in her Pokedex to see what was available to catch on the islands, Chloe decided against any Pokemon hunting at the moment. The only dragons available in Kanto were Dratini and its evolutions, and she already was perfectly happy with Cael, so Chloe wasn't too interested in trying to find anything in particular.
"I'm happy with just exploring a bit, what about you?" she asked. Alkaid was quick to agree, so the two set out on their little excursion.

Chloe rummaged in her bag for a moment, before retrieving a flashlight, and her headphones. Allowing Alkaid to hang outside for a bit longer, Chloe entered the small cavern located near the center of the island. Flicking on the flashlight illuminated the few feet in front of her as she made her way deeper into the caves.
"I suppose this does look similar to the Whirl Islands on the inside at least," Chloe noted with a giggle, at the dripping stalagmites, pools of water and cool interior of the caverns.
"It is pretty, though," she admitted with a nod to Alkaid, as she pointed out a small pool of water that reflected the light of her flashlight up to the cave ceiling with a slew of colors.

"Okay, I think I've got one," she announced. "A ghost story, I mean," she elaborated to Alkaid's incredulous look."

"Okay, there once was a girl who grew up in the Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar," Chloe started, as Alkaid settled in on Chloe's shoulder to listen in interest. She had never heard Chloe make up a story before, so it was bound to be at least amusing.
"She lived there with several other children, however, she was brought to live somewhere else with a foster family. After all, she was an orphan, so she was adopted, grew up, and started a family of her own."
"Years later, she returned to a small island off of Cinnabar to start her own home for children who had no where to go. Kind of like Peter Pan, I guess," Chloe smiled, making things up as she went.
Alkaid shrugged, things weren't scary yet, so she didn't see how much of a ghost story this would turn out to be.

"At the party, her son was too shy to go downstairs. He insisted that he wanted to play with his new invisible friends instead. After trying to convince the boy, and with no luck, the woman finally gave up, returning downstairs to the party to look after the guests."
"However, soon after, she began to see a strange child wandering about the party. One she hadn't seen before. His clothes seemed old, and he seemed to be wearing a mask of sorts," Chloe continued with a faint smile, continuing her story to Alkaid.

"Alright, alright. Okay, so the accident that the woman was referring to was the death of one of the children. You see, he always wore the mask because he had been born with a deformity, so his mother didn't want him to be seen by anyone. The kids were playing in the cave one day, when they took the mask he always wore. They wanted to see if he would leave the cave without his mask."
"But he didn't. The tide came in, and he drowned, his body was found the next morning floating in with the tide."

Laughing, Chloe did just that, "The woman got in the boat, making her way to these islands. On the coast where she docked her boat, she found a series of footprints, leading to the caverns."
