So this is basically a place to talk n such, to keep from spamming up the other threads. Obviously if you have something to say that pertains to said threads, feel free, but try to keep idle chit-chat and commentary to this thread, to keep things somewhat organized so we don't have to do a huge cleanout when we finally get this completely set up.

Anyone ever go out of their way to add your favorite color to a peice? You will always see a splash of purple in mine... xd

I generally try to...oddly though, most of the time my favorite color (purple) turns into crimson or scarlet for the final product. Couldn't say why. o.O

Well I usually mute down the purple with annother shading color. Usually its layered down like base tone darker shade of the base, the actual lighing hue and then a light purple wash over that... xd

I typically use red and gold when I do a picture. I actually have to force myself to do other colors sometimes. I'm really bad when it comes to choosing a color scheme for things. There was one picture I did and I thought it turned out great but someone else said the colors didn't go togteher. Does anyone ever have that problem? If so, how do you go about choosing colors that go together?

My favourite colour (red) always manages to show up in both my comissions and my colourings. Whenever I order something, I'll always be wearing some red. Ditto on the colouring. I'm forever sneaking in red.

my favorite color (blue) tends to pop up every now and then, usually in the eyes or acessories but usually i just pick a color scheme or something that kinda goes with the mood of the peice. i have a bad habit of making all things happy bright sunny yellowish and all things macabre a dark crimson red or brown and anything sad blue whee
oh well im gonna try and do something different next time though blaugh
