"WHAT?!" the jailbirds said in unison.
"You HAVE them already, and you haven't left?" GTHB said, looking at James as if he had three heads.
"There's a reason for that" James replied "I knew... something odd was going on. Two of my closest friends... were murdered... and the blame was placed on me, even though I am innocent! I assumed that there would be more killings... and I figured... if I could help someone who had gathered more information than I... they'd be able to leave and turn in the REAL killers-- besides, you kids have more to live for than an old man like me does. Friends, family..."
"I WANT THEM." Bloom started. "IKNOWWHODIDITBUTITWASN'TMEBUTICANGOFINDOUT!"
Nymphie pushed Bloom out of the way "I don't think so, drama-boy. I'm the most sensible one here, *I* should go back and find out who did it!"
"I wanna go home please!!" Kairi said, tears flowing from her eyes. "Let me go home!"
GTHB threw his arms around the sobbing girl's shoulders, not really sure what to say.
"Obviously I am not just going to give them out... I have a little game I want to play... The winner gets to go home. Now, let me expla--"
**THUD**
Everyone turned around, the new arrival breaking the mood of excitement.
"EGO!" Nymphie said "Are you... okay?"
Ego sat on the floor, shoulders shaking, her head buried in her face.
GTHB walked hesitantly up to Ego "Don't cry... it'll be okay. There's a way out of here, you know..."
"heh heh heh ... hehehe... hahaha... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Ego raised her head and glared at her prison mates. "I. Hate. You. All."

"Oh, I don't know what to do..." Bellecat said to herself. "Everyone is telling me I have to stay away from this person... but then these people are telling me to stay away from those... but at the same time... oh... I don't know!" Sighing, Belle sat down on a large rock. She had been hiking, and now found her quite lost at the affect of her arguing with herself.
"Now what am I going to do!" she muttered out loud, exasperated. lancing around, she couldn't find the trail, but what she did find was a HUGE secluded watering hole, PERFECT for swimming! "Now that's a grand idea!" she told herself, as she stuck her feet in the water. "Aaah, nice, and cool, and refreshing."
Holding her nose, and temporarily forgetting her current situation, Belle dove into the waterhole, letting the feeling of the fluid rejuvenate her.
Swimming reminded her of something she used to do when she was young. Belle dipped her head under the water and pushed all her hair in front of her face. Lifting her head back up, her hair clung to her face, sufficiently concealing her face from the warm sun. "I'm a weeping willow! I'm a weeping willow!" she sang with glee.
::BLAM::
Belle fell face first into the once clear blue water, which was now tainted red, mingled with the purity of her stolen life.

Although there were killings going on recently, life went on, and this did not stop Turtle_Devil from going to her favorite Comedy Troupe when they were scheduled to perform in the city.
"I'm going to see the funnies! I'm going to see the funnies!" she yelled as she danced around her room, getting ready to leave.
Soon enough, it was time. The Troupe told all their usual jokes, did their physical routine ((watching someone get tripped NEVER gets old!)) and even threw in some new material, such as a pie in the face, and farting jokes. Turtle was beside herself with laughter by the end of the routine, wishing that it could go on forever.
But, alas, it did end, and eventually it was time to go home. She was the last to leave the performance space, but that was usual, she always liked to stay until the last minute, reveling in all the joy she had just experienced.
When she reached the street, she saw a peculiar looking clown. The clown had on huge red pants, a yellow shirt, blue face makeup, and was wearing a strange looking pendant in the shape of a spiral. "Great show!" she said to the clown, smiling as large as she could.
"Oh thank you!" the clown responded. "Would you like to hear some new stuff of mine? I'd like to see if it'd work well with someone who hasn't heard it a million times before."
Turtle was SURE she had just gotten the best offer she's EVER gotten in her WHOLE life. "Of course! I'd love to! Please, test anything on me!" she said, her grin growing even larger. The clown pressed a button on the pendant, which started to spin, and then started the routine.
Soon, the clown had Turtle laughing as hard as she'd ever laughed before. Hours passed, Turtles giggles never ceasing, but obviously causing her more discomfort as the night wore on.
Eventually she would be laughing so hard that she would not be able to breathe, but would keep laughing anyway, the spiral of the pendant willing her to do so.
By dawn... Turtle will have laughed herself to death...
