Piper is the 2nd oldest of the Halliwell daughters, next to Prue who died at the end of season 3. Piper took the death of her sister very hard, but assumed the role of the oldest sister very well, although she has a problem with Paige's free spirit towards magic.

Phoebe, the new middle sister, just graduated College in physchology. She is very welcome to her new sister, more so then Piper, and she understands Paige's wild side.
Paige Matthews

Paige is the newest in the wiccan world for the Charmed Ones. She doesn't understand that there are consequences to magic, until a spell backfires on her. She is free spirited, and isn't fond of learning the craft, which infuriates Piper.
