ok i was "experimenting'' and if you drive to san feirro with a low rider here is how you do it.

1.make sure hydraulics are equpided
2.as SOON as you hit the hilt on the slope make the car jump
3.hurry and hold the nitro till it stops

(or you can just put the flying car cheat in and use nitro)
