The Second Born Prince of Cyan Serenity strode from his father's and brother's Pride Lands with his head high. New to adulthood, Inishiro- Prince of Sea and Sky- decided to explore the unclaimed lands, perhaps run into an old friend or two, and explore in general.
With this goal in mind, he sped to a soft run and stretched his muscles, enjoying the feel of the grass rushing away beneath his paws. An emerald sea stretched beneath him, and picking a point to the east, his simply settled down to a run.

Ariel, alone and seperated from her sister, wandered in the vast sea of grass. Her eyes scanned the savannah, one red, one violet. A breeze swept her lime green hair into her eyes and she shook her head. She seemed to be alone in a vast nothingness.

Cresting a hill, Ini hesitated a full moment to catch the rush of wind, and then thundered down the other side, mane flowing over his shoulders and strong back. He grinned from the fierce joy of it all, and then abruptly slowed his pace at the sight of a lone lioness. She was lovely, marked with strange lines that almost glowed, and he wondered who she was and where she was from.
Having come far from his babyyears, when he would run or fall silent at the sight of a female, he pranced over to her on nimble paws and smiled.
"Greetings Lady Fair." He purred, voice as sinuous and flowing as the tide. "What brings you to such lands as these?"

Ariel, being shy and vunerable, was a bit frightened by the majestic blue male. She swallowed hard. "Erm... Hello... I'm..." Dare she admit it? "I'm actually a bit lost..." Maybe he could help her?

Ini's demeanor gentled, and he gave her an encouraging smile. Lost? Well, she had found the right lion!
"I'd be happy to help you, cherie." He purred gently. "Where are you bound?"
Being a Prince meant he knew the lands well, for he had to, so he could probably help her find where she needed to go.. Or at least take her to someone who could.

She didn't know how to reply. How to tell him that she didn't know where she was going, if where she was going could look for her too. "I'm... looking for my sister..." She tried to elaborate. "We were seperated, you see..." She adverted her eyes to scan the savannah. "So I don't know where I'm going, and in these unfamiliar lands...." She sighed aloud.

He nodded, glancing around the lands. The unclaimed lands were rolling planes nearly as far as a lion could see in any direction, and the occassional acacia tree looked much like the last. Having traveled through here many- a- time since his cubhood, Inishiro knew the terrain well.
He looked back at the lioness, and gave her a smile, taking a moment to bask in her loveliness.
"I have not seen a lioness as lovely as you, cherie.. So I do not think I have seen your lost sister. Does she have any place she would go? Any friends she would seek?"

Ariel paused, trying to hide her blush at the lions words. Did her sister have any friends? She wasn't sure. As for Ariel, all she had was her sister... and now she had nothing. "I'm... not positive... "

Ini gave a dismissive cluck of his tongue. "Tsk, tsk cherie... It would seem there is nothing that we can do but visit the nearest Prides and see if they have heard of your fair sister.."
He smiled and gave a bow. "I am Inishiro, Second Prince of Cyan Serenity... It would be my great pleasure to escourt you to find your sister, My Lady."

Ariel offered a shy smile, inclining her head respectfully. "I am called Ariel." She raised her eyes to look at him. "I freatly appreciate your kindness, Prince."

"Well met Lady Ariel." He purred, straightening. "And please.. Call me Ini, or at least Inishiro.. The title can be so terribly dull!"
He gave her a wink and scented the wind, walking westward. He could smell lions in that direction. "To the west first, cherie..."

Ariel mimicked him, sniffing the air, nodding. "Westward we head... Ini..." She tried out using his name. He was terribly sweet. She liked him... she almost trusted him... and that was strange for her.

As they walked she watched him out of the corner of her eye. He held himself with pride. He was a prince and no less, no matter what he wanted to be called. She was nothing more than a guardian. "Out of curiosity... may I ask you a few questions?" She meant nothing more than to get to know him, seeing as they were traveling together for the moment.

Ini tossed her a curiouse look over his shoulder and nodded, smiling. "Of course Cherie, ask anything you wish.. I will do my best to answer."
He winked and resumed his trek, sniffing the air again to check for danger such as hyenas. Relieved there were none, he relaxed slightly and enjoyed Ariel's company.

Ariel's mind drifted as she tried to decide what to ask first. "The pride you hail from... is it nice there?"
