Post your race and fastest times. Goals as to how fast you want to get them. Training. Or whatever else you can think of.

Discus: 18.63m goal--> 22m
800m run: time: 3.01 minutes goal-->2.40minutes
400x4: cant remember, got silver, goal--> gold

6km best time was 40 min sweatdrop
Aim by end of year is to get around 30-35 minutes. But I have to work at getting my fitness up again in the mean time.
I don't mind running, but I've never been a runner, in athletics, it was always throwing (discus, shotput and especially javelin)

A few years ago, I went around in an indoor track for I think a mile and a half and took about 13 and a half minutes. I was just proud of myself that I made it through the entire thing without stopping or walking. I ran the whole thing. sweatdrop

Heh... I sometimes make 1.25 miles in 20 mins. on the treadmill... sweatdrop I'm not much of a runner, but I don't hate it.
