I'm an art student in high school and enjoy it immensely. So I'd thought I'd post up some of my works and since there are quite a few of them... I thought it'd be easier to make a new thread...

Hope that everyone doesn't mind... ^^;; Please tell me what you think of my art work. I will greatly appreciate it~s2

The following are just drawings that I did for fun or for practise:

Oh right, I forgot to mention, all drawings from above were done in graphite.

Now these next few are self portraits. As part of my port folio, I was required to produce about 6 art pieces which had something to do with me.

The following two are a series. It's a reflecting on how I feel that sometimes people can feel more confident if they hide their true selves. Not only that, but they also feel that they're hiding their demonic/bad side. The second image is portraying of when the mask is taken away or lost, a person's confidence is lowered and they may feel like running away.

In the second image, it portrays how when a person loses their mask, they can feel lost and their sense of what is right and what is wrong can be blured. Hence the skeletal wings. You can't tell whether they were once a demonic wing or an angelic wing. Upon closer inspection, it's hard to tell whether it is just one wing or two wings.

Alrighties~ now that I've shown some of my drawings... I shall now show some CG work I've been doing. One of the things I have to work on in my portfolio is develop my ideas so I've taken the two images that had the 'angel-demon wings' thing going on and played with them in photoshop. ^^

One of the things that fascinate me most is martial arts. No doubt about it. When I get a chance, I'll learn a martial art like a possessed maniac. Lol. For the mean time, I'll settle for doing some observational drawings of my boyfriend doing some kendo practise... lol. redface
