Well, there's no specific limit, it's mostly from appearances.
Generally when they have a protruding pot belly that is to big to suck in, a wide butt, thick thighs, and big boobs (boobs period if a man).
Those are all relative and subjective terms though. Really it's a case by case analysis. I'd have to see a picture to tell.

... then I guess I might not be fat... I just got called fat three times today and tghen when I said I was fat I got told 3 times I was thin.. I don't get it...

Boobs are one of the areas where you store fat, so it's common for fatter people to have larger breasts.

*GIRL TIP* if you want to look bigger... wear a smaller size bra and make sure to make the bottom tight, you get cleavage.. and it dosn't look un natural
