Vote women mad <3
Right, so as I was driving to North Carolina (My new house, it's on an exit ramp o_<;; It's still a very quaint neighborhood with some pretty teenagers of my age next to me ;D)
I got myself a GBA SP ;O My brother had one and just got the new emerald edition, I've been playing Crystal for too long, so I'm like: "Hey, let's try Saphire that my brother gave me :3". Putting aside the relentless addiction of Advance Wars (It's super strategic, I recommend it with a 9.5/10 score :3). I click on and I chose a mudkip.
Let me first say that I am horrible at Pokemon, I usually win gym battles after I white out so many times that my money can't be split anymore.
My current ranking: 6 Gym badges. 30 Yen Play time: 17: 42 Name: Hatake
So what's a trainer card on the back for?
My current party is: Gyrados lvl 29 with Intimidate and Macho Brace equipped
Sableye lvl 29 with Keen Eye and Quick Claw equipped (He has one ribbon)
Mightyena lvl 29 with Intimidate and Blackglasses equipped
Tropius lvl 30 Chlorophyll and Exp. Share equipped.
I know what you're thinking: Where's your last 2? I don't have a last two sweatdrop I just caught my Tropius because it can fly and it's not a bird rofl . I'm very picky with my pokemon and pick the worst kind -__-;; (When I first started, I hate a Slopette with me, he's a b***h to lvl up, so I dropped him).
I'm creating a second party of Pokemon with babies. I left two pokemon together (The + and - looking ones) and I got babies galore x_x; and a baby Wobuffet and that weather-changing one. Awesome!
Anyways, I'm stuck somewhere. I don't know how to get the scanner for the abadoned ship. Where do I get it? and how can I make berries better and faster? I don't want to constantly pick berries and replant some x___x;;
Oh and any recommendations for my 5th and sixth pokemon? I'm thinking fire and something else ;3
Oh and are we able to transfer Pokemon from older versions to this new version? I have an Ivysaur back from blue which I've been dragging everywhere :3 I have Mewtwo and Mew as well xp
~ Mike, The Trainer.
P.s I also got FF4 and FF1 & 2 (for only 40$ and they're new). They're pretty good games, not recommended for everyone gonk )

I'm an old school, Pokemon blue/red kind of guy wink
I'd try the new ones, but I don't want to have to be a GBA SP or Nintendo DS or whatever

Blue is o.k. I still love Crystal from GB color :3.
I heard Yellow was retarded and Leaf Green/ Fire Red is just repeats of the old versions.
DS is Dual-Screen. Evidently. Nothing great, not even worth the money.
SP is for GBA users who want more for less screen room. Folds in half and has auto-lighting, recharable batteries and looks good :3

Thanks for voting Claireh <33
Gah, I can't stand Digimon. I think I watched Season 1 and 2 and just stopped xD

A lot of the games, doesn't even use two screen, it's just one screen split in two to make it seem like it's using more space. You can fit that in one large screen instead of two. Second. It's icky when it's all smudged and dirty x___x;

Xeroxer So does a palm pilot. At first it'll look nice. A touch-screen. But first. It's icky when it's all smudged and dirty x___x; But it does come in handy.
There are a lot of games out there that have come out with innovative ways to use the screen. Wario Ware touched! is definitely a defender on that note.
Some games dont' use it well, but nonetheless it still has a purpose, like in Mario Kart DS, the map is extremely helpful for many of the courses, not so much figure 8 circuit, per say, but for courses like waluigi pinball, yes.
A lot of games dont' use the two screen, but when that happens it's like using a normal gamboy advance or something of that effect. And it's fine for that purpose too, but it's nice to have the option of dual screen. And nintendo makes all platforms backwards compatible, whihc would explain why the DS can also display one feature on just one screen.
Mm, and you can get DS screen covers too. my brother has them.

So, now I have my own strategy guide. She's the ultimate rpger /rper/graphic designer (www.ljlayouts.com) o.k. maybe not the best, but she has potential rofl I keep losing at these pokemon beauty contests ;___; How can a magicarp be so pretty.

You have to mix pokeblocks.
Assuming that you've taught your magicarp "beauty" moves.
it's the same idea with a feebus. A feebus can't evolve without winning a beauty contest first, which sucks because feebuses are useless until they turn into the next stage.
Mix a bunch of blue pokeblocks for beauty, feed them to the magikarp. then enter the contest.
Be careful though, you can only feed pokemon a certain amount of pokeblocks before they stop accepting them.
