What made you decide Hinduism was best?
Could you give a brief overview of your beliefs; I am not too familliar with Hinduism.
If one was to call you a pagan, would you mind? Technically, Hinduism falls under one of the definitions of pagan (as it's not Jewish, Christian, or Islamic).
As to the sig, you should be able to find it in the only anouncement with one reply; I think it's titled guild rules, or something like that.

oh yeah, and a few other reasons i like being Hindu... there is no conversion ceremony because a Hindu belief is that everyone is Hindu, whether they think so or not. there aren't different rules for different people, there is just the reality of the situation. i wish i could say that this makes us a every tolerant religion, and i am sure it is more than some, but i know there are murderous Hindu fundamentalist like there are of the more "popular" other religions. but frankly, they baffle me. i don't understand them.

I have a weeee problem with that "everyone is Hindu wether they know/like it or not" philosophy. I am whatever I am, not a Hindu. These are facts. To be a Hindu, one must follow Hindu's basic rules/know of and understand the One Divine Truth. What of people who do not understand it/do not know it exists? Does that make them "bad Hindus, even though they do not know they are Hindus"? No, it makes them NOT HINDU.
I have this same problem with Islam. Perhaps this is why Muslims and Hindus keep ****ing massacring eachother in India/Pakistan.
Just a thought.

Just a thought. Take it easy, please... It's not meant in a literal sense. Look at it in a more philosophical manner. What I believe he meant, (and Kalorn, correct me if I'm wrong,) is that Hindus believe we came into being because of the Hindu gods. (Whether we actually did or not is beside the point here.) Over the last thousands of years, mankind has spread apart and found new gods, but the Hinud gods would be willing to take us back at any time without us having to go through elaborate rituals just to prove we are Hindu. Besides, Hinduism isn't the only religion that carries that philosphy.

A Murder of Angels Besides, Hinduism isn't the only religion that carries that philosphy. *Hemdefinenetlynotmehem* What? A question- When I study Hindu beliefs, it always seems to me(correct me if I'm wrong) that the many gods are really "faces" of one God. Especially the parts about Brahman, Vishnu, and Siva. So, what is your personal belief?
