Well, that depends...
Regular Yuugiou is totally finished. It's being released in english by shounen jump right now, so it's not all out over here yet. But it's finished in Japan.
The Yuugiou GX manga is in the works in Japan. That's going to be premiering over here starting in January in the Shounen Jump magazine.
Then there's Yuugiou R which is a spin off of regular Yuugiou, but I'm not sure whether or not they plan on releasing it in english at all...

Psh, they better release Yugioh R in english!!! Or we'll have to start a petition!!! twisted
Why is it called Yugioh R?
And isn't that the one with the monster capsules that I've heard about?
Is Yugioh GX is done by the same author? I mean, if it is... it should have some interesting things in it...

Unfortunately, since Yuugiou R is released in Japan's monthly V-jump magazine instead of Shounen Jump, and since it is a somewhat fan-made series, I highly doubt that it will be coming to America. I'm desperately trying to find english scans of it, but it's not easy. And I don't know where they got the name from. sweatdrop
And no, Takahashi-sensei is not the mangaka for Yuugiou GX. Unlike the original series, the manga is based off the anime. So when the anime first started, KT did the major characters designed and helped with the storyline a bit, but other than that he was uninvolved with the project.

Hm... yeah, see that depresses me... Yugioh R is mostly fan-based? Hm... that should be interesting... but man, too bad that GX isn't... I guess it's better this way, starting practically a whole new show with just the basic card game as a similarity... otherwise you end up with something like DBZ GX... I think that's what it's called... anyway, I heard it's not too good b/c the original author isn't the one behind it... but I didn't watch it, so I guess I can't really critique...
Wow, I'm rambling... my bad.

I did a little research, and I discovered that Yuugiou R isn't actually as fan-made as I was originally told. Apparently the real artist is Itou Akira, who was one of Takahashi-sensei's assistants for drawing the original Yuugiou manga. So it is actually one of the original artists, but still not the same creator.
There is potential for them to bring it to the US, because Shounen Jump and V-Jump are both owned by Shueisha, and it's not a doujinshi so there is possibilty. I just haven't heard any plans of it yet, even though they're already bringing the genex manga over here when that came out later than Yuugiou R.
