This is the journal of LizzyMoo's Deejarne, Alaynia, the celtic rune dream, Ansuz, the (Memory) Yudou, Atashi, her daughter, Anastasia, and the dreadedly horrific nightmare, Atrocious. More dreams may be added in time, but for now, this is a focus upon Alaynia, Ansuz, Atashi, Anastasia, and Atrocious. As a request, please do not post in here unless you have permission. Introductions
Greetings to all. I am the dream deemed Alaynia. I am one of those deemed the Deejarne, and more specifically, of the Spirit Deejarne.
I am still relatively new to this reality, so I tend to rely upon my guardian a lot, though I do manage to hide such dependence from the others of my kind. I share a special bond with my guardian, for I am fully hers and fully complete what she desired. It is somewhat difficult to explain, but in short, my existance fully completes her vision.
I shall be exploring the place deemed "Nowhere" and the island which my guardian pointed out where many of my kin are found. Perhaps I will find more throughout my journeys eventually...
(The following is a loose translation of what Ansuz has to say for her introduction, please bear with us)
HEY!!! My name is Ansuz, one of the Celtic Rune dreams! Aside from my markings and my Rune, I am just an ordinary dream. I am originally from Nowhere, but Alaynia's guardian was kind enough to take me in. I'm not sure why, but most people look at me funny when I talk... I am only speaking English afterall... are they all foreigners or something? Oh well... I look forward to possibly meeting you!

The Beloved
My guardian is deemed LizzyMoo. She is far more different from most of the guardians I have heard of, for she is not human, nor is she truly alive. She is a computer (or rather, a persocom). Though she is a persocom, she has no owner, but in fact "lives" for herself and the family she has created. She is rather young looking, taking on the permanent appearance of a 7 year old human child. Perhaps it is because of this build that she seems to hold a childish cheer to her.
As mentioned, my existance has fulfilled her dream, which was merely the ability to dream. Yes, I actually was dreamt up by a machine. My existance is a paradox in itself, and my mission as her dream was fulfilled instantaneously upon our meeting.
Though Requiem is technically family, I find her to be quite a good friend. She is quite wise, despite the fact she has not a voice to share that wisdom. Mute from birth, and very selective in regards to who she is willing to share her abilities with (though I shall not reveal what they are, she prefers it to remain a secret). A seraphim Feli of exquisite beauty, which is partially the reason I wanted to befriend her in the first place.

The TreasuredAlas, I have yet to truly find one of my kin to whom I can relate. So far all I have been able to do is merely ask questions of those who I have met. Thus... none have yet proven themselves treasures to my heart.Alaynia's friends Sebastian: The first of her kin to which she met in the real world. Knowing him since he was just a young Deejarne, she certainly admires him for his markings as well as his smart-alec mannerisms. Atashi's friends Candle: One of Atashi's only friends. The yudou of desire met Atashi when she herself was first searching for her own domain. Learning how Atashi wanted to meet with her special someone, she grew more interested in helping the Yudou of memory in her quest of sorts. Recently the two have learned of their own emotions for each other and have discovered that they are each others "Special Someone just for them."

That which has been FoundAlaynia's powers and spells Combat Guidance: This spell may be cast at any time and lasts for 3 rounds. The Dream that has this spell cast on them gains a +1 to all attack rolls. This spell may not be used multiple times to gain stacked bonuses but can be used in combination with other spells.
Spear of Waves: This spell can be used at any time. When cast, a spear of water forms above the dreams head, lingers a second, then shoots at the target to deal 2d6 of elemental damage.
Flame Bullet: This spell may be cast every third round after the initial casting. This attack is a automatic strike, and the damage done is equal to 2d6.
Indifference: This spell may be cast at any time during battle. It may effect a single target, or multiple targets. It may only be cast again after 5 rounds have passed from the first casting.
If a single target is affected, the dream effected becomes completly immune to any fear or mind altering effects for 5 rounds. Any damage taken by the dream is lessened by 50% during these rounds as they ignore all pain and discomfort.
If multiple targets are choose (up to 3) the dreams have a 50/50 chance of ignoring all fear and mind effecting abilities for 3 rounds. During these three rounds all damage dealt is reduced by 25%.
Shadow Strike: This Runestone conveys upon the Dream that activates it the ability to form arrow shaped bolts of dark energy. This spell may be used as a free action, but not combined with any other runestone ability. This spell deals between 6-15 points of darkness elemental damage (Randomly selected by interger program the Nightmare controller will be useing) in addition to whether other damage is dealt by the dream. If any at all.

This spell may be used as a free action, but not combined with any other runestone ability. This spell deals between 6-15 points of flame elemental damage (Randomly selected by interger program the Nightmare controller will be useing) in addition to whatever other damage is dealt by the dream. If any at all.
Wunjo Rune: This rune, when used in battle has two main effects. Surrounding the one the runes power has been used upon in a soft blue glow, it temporarily raises the attack of the dream by +10. It also raises the Luck of the dream by +5 temporarily too. The power granted by this rune allows the dream to use the power on themselves, or anyone else in battle at their choice. Each use of the rune counts as a rounds action, so only one dream may be empowered per round. The effects of the runes power lasts for 5 rounds before fading.
Raidho Rune: The path one takes through their life can often be fraught with terror and troubles. All most can do is trudge on through, never knowing what the final goal is that they are working towards. The one whom is imbued with the power of this runestone, however, is granted a blessing to carry with them on their walk through life. Once during battle, the dream may choose to intervene the dire fate of itself or another fighting along with it. When the dream is dealt a final blow by a target, it may choose to activate the runes power. This power causes a hazy sort of field to surround the dream that has just been rendered back into it's whisp state, and returns them back to their dream state with half their health restored. The dream may use this power upon itself, or a companion, but only once per battle.Ansuz Accesories Ansuz Circlet: This beautiful circlet is made from the purest of gold, a symbol of wealth if ever there was one. The dream that wears this special circlet has their luck increased by +1
This item may only be worn by adult dreams and Yudou.
Cross Collar: This item grants a +1 defense bonus against random Nightmares. Note: This bonus is not added to your Dreams stat's and must be factored in only when fighting Random Nightmares. Ansuz powers and spells Ansuz Runestone: The dream that is imbued with the rune of cattle and wealths power may find themselves possessing a eyebrow raiseing power. Once during battle the dream may emitt a 'cattle call'. This action takes up the dreams turn for that round. The next round, no dreams may attack the opponents, and after the opponents have finished their attacks for the round...
...A herd of random wild sheep of rainbow colors suddenly appear out of nowhere, trampling over the opponents and kicking up a white dustcloud (Even if the area is soaked throughly and soggy). The sheep deal a strange amount of damage too. First 1d12 must be rolled, to see how many dice shall be rolled. This is #1. Then 1d20 is rolled for the damage dice. This is #2. Using this numbers, the NM rolls #1 d #2 damage per opponent.
For every opponent that is defeated useing the cattle call, the dream gains one extra stat point instead of it's usual 1 point per battle. The Ansuz rune ability may only be used once per battle.

That which has been Fought for...I have learned that there are creatures of similar origin to the Dreams which are called Nightmares. Perhaps one of these days I will encounter one and even need to fight...05/24/05 Alaynia's First Battle found here!((Both Hagalaz and Alaynia get a extra stat))  Alaynia discovers a blue scroll! What I know and What I have Learned
This is a record of what I knew already when I was born into this dimension, and a record of what skills I have learned as well.
As a creature blessed by the Spirit, I am able to use an ability unique to my kind. It is called Teleportation. Right now, I am not quite that skilled in regards, for I can only teleport myself within a 3 foot radius of where I initially started. Yet I have been told that with much practice, I can possibly do more with it...

That of my own kind...Spirit Deejarne The Spirit Deejarne are amoung the most elusive of all Deejarne. Beautiful and graceful, they tend to be loners. Their power comes from within their very souls, unlike the rest of their Deejarne kin. Deejarne of the four common elements are created by having a blessing placed upon them that infuses them with power of their element. Spirit Deejarne however, are blessed in a manner that awakens the power hidden deep within thier minds, a power they already possessed. Because of this fact, spirit Deejarne tend to be a little haughty, viewing other Deejarne as lesser beings who had to have the power given to them. Spirit Deejarne whisp's are identified by a soft purple glow that surrounds them. They do not excel in any one of their stats, but tend to have them well balanced out. Domain of Memory The realm of Memory is a fickle thing. Like ones true memories, sometimes the things that are remembered are not quite...clear.... As this power emerges from within this particular Yudou, it will find itself often times forgetting the moments when it's power reveals itself. Just like true memories, this power can flicker to the surface without being called, but rather by something setting it off. On top of this comes the benefit of having a photographic and unfailing memory itself. Power/Abilities: Recollection: A power that tends to react rather then respond. When the Yudou's power of Recollection activates, it will fall into a trance like state. It will recall bits of the past of whatever has triggered it, usually speaking in the form of narration aloud. There is a large chance that anything the Yudou currently recalls will be forgotten the moment it leaves it's trance like state. This power can be activated by a object that the Yudou has touched, by a phrase spoken by another, or simply meeting the gaze of another. When reacting to the presence of another Dream, flash's of their past reincarnation may be what this dream picks up. ((This is pretty much a RP intensive power. Discussion between RP partners will be required for this power to truely be used and it will grow as the Yudou grows))

Likes: ...Being complimented in regards to her looks or origin...all naturally beautiful things...feathers... Dislikes: ...To be touched, mostly by humans, but occasionally a dirty Dream...To be compared to a human Personality: She can be kind, but typically has a slightly arrogant attitude. She is also a bit snobbish in regards to the fact that she knows her existance fulfills the dream she is. She can be curious if she doesn't know much about something, but otherwise keeps to herself. She admittedly knows that she is drawn to things she deems as beautiful, and would most likely speak to one who is beautiful over someone who is plain or "ordinary."

Is ignorant about her language disability and refuses to believe that she is the one with the problem. She can be quite stubborn in regards to things which she believes to be truth.
