this may sound weird...but i've always thought of myself as straight...but about a month ago...i really started looking at porn and noticed that i didnt really get "excited" from the girls...but the guys got me going eek ! is this normal...am i going through some stage...or should i maybe re-think my sexuality... sweatdrop ?

Puberty could be a big party of it, dont worry about it your body is going through changes, nothing to worry about everyone has felt something like that.

I think nearly everyone gets excited by the same sex at some point of growing up. This could just be a stage and you may be straight all along but just a little curious.
If you are bi or gay then it's no big deal, it'll just be park of who you are.

I did exactly the same thing when I was younger...and then I was like "I dont want to be gay"...
but it kinda fades...quickly...that is unless you really ARE gay...in which case it shouldnt fade...

That's exactly what my parents told me when I came out. It was just a phase, just hormones, nothing to worry about, eventually it will go away. And I believed it, too. Do some soul searching. Figure out if you really are attracted to men or if it's just raging hormones. Figure out if you really are attracted to women, or if it's just cultural standards hindering you.

My two bits is that it could be a desensitization thing. I mean, if you've been REALLY looking at porn, then maybe it's just getting old. So, guys are a refreshing new thing. For some people, men and women alike, the same sex is exciting in a magazine because unconsiously you're putting yourself in their place. Like staring at a p***s and thinking, "Ooh, he's got a HUGE d**k, I bet that feels good to shove in her!" isn't so much a homosexual thing as almost mental roleplaying.
However, if you're thinking that you like looking at the men more than the women because you find them more attractive, well, you could be bi or gay, or like me where I'd never date women, but I think they're a hell of a lot nicer to look at naked than men!
