Has anyone heard of it and if they have can the post the story? I know someone has to have it.

Not to sound boastful, but I was the one who made the information on TI public, thanks to a lot of research (and some dumb luck).

Tiel's Impulse is a short manga story that takes place in January 196. It's about a girl whose brother was a test pilot for a new OZ machine, but went nuts because he was testing a new, more powerful ZERO System. She gets the help of one of her friends from the choir, and a retired OZ Space Force pilot, and they break into a hidden Romefeller plant. Inside, they find that Romefeller was gearing up to make mass produced version of the Gundams. They each steal one and go to find the girl's brother, but get chased by Romefeller-loyal soldiers.

I won't say more because it's a spoiler, but if there's enough demand I will post it in white text so you don't have to read.

Hehe, yup, 'tis I. I actually chose the Amuro name back in 2003 or so when I first joined GameFAQs, 'cause I knew that Wing fans tended to get treated harshly. Of course, it's sort of stuck...

Well, let's see if this works...

The story goes as follows: Tiel and her friends, Krung (fellow choir girl) and Trinoi (former OZ pilot), sneak away from the choral group and find X-18722's MS plant, complete with the Gundams. Before anyone can do anything, tho, Tiel grabs a Wing Seraphim and flies off with it, alerting the plant's staff and forcing her friends to grab their own Gundams and follow.

As they flee, Tiel comments that her brother went missing during testing near the Graveyard of Soldiers, a region in space full of debris from the last war. Therefore, she's convinced that the clue to finding him is there. Unfortunately, the trio gets attacked by two Romefeller loyalist pilots, Semis (a butch *****) and Dobert (whose face is never shown), each in their own Gundam. The trio fights pretty well, considering two are inexperienced and the third has an old war wound, but Krung manages to surprise attack them with T'ien-Lung's dragon fangs and disable them, allowing them to escape. They finally reach the Graveyard, but at that point Krung reveals that she's got other plans, specifically mentioning "Mariemaia-sama", and summons up a pair of Capricorn MD to destroy her former friends.

Krung and the MD chase Tiel, who's crying and panicking at the betrayal and because she wants to live to find her brother. At that point, Seraphim's ZERO 2.5 kicks in, taking control of the Gundam and firing a blast from the buster rifle, apparently killing Krung and taking out the MD. Tiel is initially shocked, but there's not much time to mourn, since, as Trinoi warns, the Romefeller pilots are back. Their Gundams upgraded with parts from G-Unit Gundams, the two enter a bloody battle with Trinoi that ends with all three Gundams exploding (the pilots not wearing helmets, BTW). Tiel is all alone...until a familiar voice calls out to her...

Yes, it's her big brother Karl, but something's not right. His Gundam, Lucifer, is using an unstable ZERO 2.0, which is forcing its will upon him. As such, he thinks the only way to bring peace is to kill everyone who could potentially start a war...and he wants his dear little sister to help him. After getting over her shock, Tiel realizes that her brother would never think like that, and swears to use ZERO's guidance to take him down. A battle ensues, and though Tiel is outmatched by her brother's superior skills, she manages to overload Lucifer by pumping Seraphim's energy through it, shutting it down. They abandon their MS, and are picked up some days later by a shuttle. Since the incident wasn't well documented, nobody really knows what happened out there...

Yeah, I think it's a bit odd too. In my fanfic, I followed the idea of Tallgeese III and said that Preventer found and recovered the remaining Romefeller Gundams (there were at least five other Seraphim). Oh, and though Tiel is cute in a sort of loli way, she spends a majority of the manga looking depressed or outright crying. Trinoi seems pretty cool, but we don't get much time with him or any of the other characters. I suppose that's the flaw in a one-chapter manga story...
