Near the center of Denlever is an enourmes building with many rooms and offices inside. Outside on a sign reads, "Naval & Peace HeadQuarters". Here the Navy trains out on the training grounds, keeps pirates in holding cells, and set laws down for the town. This area and grounds are open to the public besides a few rooms that are Restricted. Anyone wishing to sign up with the Navy or Peace Bergade. Must come here and talk to Conoley. Conoley's office is located in a smaller building to the left of this one, a sign stating "Town Affairs."
