It's the year 2024 . . .
In a hidden opening of one of the speakers in the sound system of the run-down garage, in a secret wing of Tokyo, lies a diary of blue silk; reflecting on the past-- the memories, aswell as the hardships of a mislead life. A young, and very beautiful teen, striving to be an artist. Not just any artist; a graffiti artist. Her talents bewilder those around her. The keisatsu are out, in order of the Rokkaku Police and its lead president- Gouji Rokkaku. In this revolution of vandalization, rudies, rival teams, and the law, Rhyth and the gang she is in, of 11 other members, battle other teams to fight for their turf, and the cops to fight for their rights. The ongoing story has a POV lead by many; all of them share their own, unique, story. In this diary lies the story of Rhyth. A shy, bubbley young girl, her true nature fully un-made for the roaring streets of Tokyo.
