Here you can find Vials that have been moved off the main shelf and onto a special shelf, where they become much cheaper and easier to get.

:Current Vials On The Shelf:
Monkey Soul and Silver Arrow Essense -- Price: 20k
Light and Dark vials and Unknown Soul -- 10-20k (PM MCDRaddictedrose)

E2 -- Available
R1 -- Available
LD -- Available

Why so much? Special vials (originally given off in events/Auctions) have a higher chance of getting more than one child. Plus the vials are rare in general.
