Ahh! Are there ever those words that no matter how hard you try, at the precise moment you want to type the word the way to correctly spell disappears from all knowledge you have? Yes? Me too.
Like suspicious. That word will not usually come to me correctly...strange that I know it sometimes, and others I don't. There are more words like this, but at this moment they all elude me. So I will leave it with 'suspicious'. Now it looks wrong. great.

I feel less competent with my grammar/spelling abilitis when that happens.
It's as if I was losing braincells at that exact moment when I needed them.

Heh... I actually always forget the word "agnostic", and it really irks me, because I use it all the time!

I used to have a lot of trouble with "definitely". The trick I used was to remember that the word "finite" is within it.
I still have trouble with "publicly", wanting to spell it "publically".

I'm sure that there's another thread here with the same topic.
I can't think of any specific words that look weird, but sometimes I think that words start to sound weird when you keep saying them. This is usually the most obvious when I need to do a speech on a specific topic for school, which usually means that I repeat the name of the topic over and over again. It doesn't help that other people will also be talking about the same thing.
