Those who are using Windows should try downloading the Japanese Language pack.
If you have already done this, set your character encoding to Unicode (UTF-8). This can be done in View in your internet browser. Depending on your version, both Firefox and IE should have this option. If Unicode (UTF-8) does not show up, go to Customize List and find Unicode there. Unicode enables the user to read a number of languages including Japanese, Chinese, Hebrew, Russian, Portiguise, etc. Languages with unique symbols should work after using this code.

You should see the word below clearly if you have done this correctly.
