INFORMATION:
An increase in defense- the points in your defense are taken away from damage recieved. Like if you wore an item that gave you 5 defense any attack you get his by is 5 points less then normal.
An increase in attack: Each move you do dose more points. I.e. a 25 hp attack yould be 30 hps if you were wearing an item that raises attack by 5.
