In the latest Nintendo Power there was a small article that detailed how on September 30th Toys-R-Us across the USA will be holding an event where they will be giving out the legendary Psychic type, Mew.
All you need is a GBA (not a DS, remember) and a Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green, or Emerald game pack. I'm not sure if you need a link cable, but from the previous events I've been to, the people holding it have them.
If someone finds the scan of the article, please post it here.
