Only a short time ago
did I realize that one of
my band instructors is in
the band Streetlight
Manifesto. It kinda creeps
me out a bit... But is
still totally awesome!!!

Crazy.
Our BD isn't famous or anything. I liek to think that our new guard instructor is, though. (If you saw Signature Wintergaurd's latest show, Ghost Train, you'd know him as the guy with the "cart wheel catch.")
I've also worked Tracy Wooten (rifle tech {?} for Northern Lights and the Cavi's) That was really cool, know that I was workign witht he same guy that taught the Cavaliers/NL!

Most of my guard instructors
also work with the Raiders.

My BD is one of the top arrangers in the country.
And his father helped invent the mellophone.

My BD was the Drum Major for the Blue Knights or something like that. I dunno...he has the show he directed on DVD...

I don't know, but one of the (I think she is a drum major) drum majors in my mb was in the santa clara vanguard. they did revolution-evolution. 3nodding

Really? All our people make fun of them for their marching technique. All of our stuff us from the Blue Devils.

Our colorgaurd staff is some of the top instructors in the country... but our BD is semi-famous. He is the president of some big circuit, and taught at college before coming down to our school...he expects college performance and excellence from us.

One of our guard instructors was on The Pride of Cincinatti, but our band intsuctor isn't really famous.
