I was invited too. One of the mains in the guild went on an invite spree. I'm not complaining, if i can't become popular in the real GD, maybe i can do it in the mini-GD cool

Well, first they look at your medical records, they look at your medical history to determine how many of your organs are usable by fellow guildmembers, after the number of usable organs is determined an invitation is sent and you join.
Simple as that. =)~
