for navi+20 gothrough some liberation missions... on the random panels try to get battlechip.

yeah, I found a BattleChip guide on GameFAQs. Apparently, Navi +20 is found in Oran3, in GMDs and in Bonus Panels. Unfortunately, getting a Bonus Panel to land on anything in particular is much easier said than done.

The Bonus Panel is the random thing right? If that's all you need, just save right in front of it, keep doing it over and over again til you get it then you get out of the mission.
