So I work at the main (and pretty much only) preforming centre in my city. I'm only part time so I don't get to work all the shows but broadway preformances are always here for at least 3 days. Which means that no matter what I'll get to work minimum one show. One of my co workers who's worked there for a couple years tells me this and I go 'OMG what if RENT comes this year!!!' I check the website and it doesn't say anything but it only goes up to about April right now, so I think it may still come. Until I'm told that RENT came to my work two years ago. Before I knew about it. I was heartbroken cause that means my chance to see it (FOR FREE) just left as well...
Taunting people with the possibility of them seeing RENT is so tres evil.

I feel your pain. This year's musical: Aladdin. I mean..it's a great musical and all but come on, RENT!!! But at my school I'm in the top drama class and we're trying to convince the teacher to let us do a musical...even though one of our main singers dropped the class. Unfortunetly lots of the people in the class hate RENT...and there's only like....10 people in the class so there would be lots of shared roles...
