The school building may be larhge, but it doesn't have enough room to have both a training hall and a gym. So they just combined the two of them. This room can be used for training of extraordinary abilities as some of the students may possess, swordsmanship, martial arts, or any other things. It's also got everything needed for most of the lesser-destructive sports locked in a closet, for which the keys are hung on a hook next to the door. Wonder why it's even locked...?
