A warm sun... puffy clouds...a cool breeze.. then.. a sudden engulfment..
The past haunted Wingu's mind as the god was laying in a strange position. His wings had folded over his body, making a sort of coffin. That was his chosen form for the past eternity. The mist and rolling clouds passed over his mummified state as the winds picked up slightly.
He had slept for so long... What had changed around him? Only he could find out, but in this suspended animation, he could only see pitch black. His dreams had run for so long, they had practically worn themselves out. Now the nightmares had stepped in, causing the coffin to occasionally shake, the wings' feathers fluffing out. Muffled whimpers could be heard on the high mountaintop, as well. Before long, the tip of a large cloud passed through the mountain, engulfing the god's body, just as it had done long ago..

Mo'onasi had become a little shy of the mortal world, and returned to the place where she had awoken a time ago. She herself had been in an induced sleep, and though she didn't like to think about it much, she shivered as she returned to the lands where only the god roamed.
Perhaps spending some time with her own kind would let her lighten up a bit. She had come across a fallen, a very sweet little cub, a queen concerned about her people....there were many things that constantly flew through the mortal realm, and it was all a little much for the Goddess of Love.
Love? Momo herself was not too well at helping to push love together, she just seemed to mess it up. So why was she even a god? It seemed to her that life would be so much easier...
But as she slipped into the lands that mortals could never near, her mindset changed, ever so slowly. For when she was in this realm, she herself was influenced by the lust side of her domain, and not the pure, true sense of it. One would never know what could happen when Momo's heart hardened, if ever so slightly...

The tightly enclosed lion suddenly shifted. He didn't know how, or why, but he felt a prescence here besides his own. Wingu hadn't used his powers in what felt like forever, but he needed to find out who this was who had dared to come into the home of the gods.
Just barely opening his wings, the god himself released a small, transparent wisp of a liquid. This liquid held every color imaginable, and gracefully glided through the air, imitating the aurora borealis of the frozen North. It was pinpointed towards Mo'onasi, and once the gossamer liquid had sensed her, it carefully spiraled around her, towards the ground.
At first, it soaked into the ground, but before long, a wall of the liquid shot up, enclosing her. This was sent to Wingu's mind, but unfortunately, the goddess of love wasn't projected clearly enough. From her outline, the god knew she was female, but her markings and colors were represented by a soft tannish orange, as well as a deep ivy green. Once the image was printed in his mind, he raised a paw, and twirled it in a circle to call the liquid back. Fortunately for Mo'onasi, the wall began dissolving into droplets of water, and eventually formed the stream of energy, gliding back to which it came from.

The goddess froze as she saw a flicker of water zoom towards her. Her heart began to beat faster, her eyes widining as it enclosed her. How....how dare he do this to her! She huffed, but didn't dare tough the watery substance that surrounded her. Who knew what it could do to her.
As the water slowly rained down and dissolved, returning back to it's owner, Momo gave a little pouty huff, and slided a grumpy remark at him. "You know, you could just be like everyone else and open your eyes to look, instead of scaring a stranger half to death. What if I was some sort of death god?!"
A little miffed at this adolescent, she gave him a glare, her olive-gold eyes trying to just see this god's face. He was definately one of the flashy kinds, Momo herself being of a much more natural colour. Well, let's just see what he has to say for himself!

After a minute or two of silence, the two wings unfolded themselves, before Wingu rolled over onto his belly, and tucked his feathery appendages in. He stood up- or stumbled as his legs gave out, before fully standing up.
Once turning around to face the goddess, he shook his transluscent mane, and opened his pale eyes to meet hers. "I-I'm sorry, miss, but I can't see at all," he said embarassedly, giving her a sheepish, very shy smile. "My name is Wingu'anuru.." He immediately kneeled forward to bow at her, before standing up. Chivalry, after all, was a god's duty.

Normally, the goddess would feel sorry for the other, but since she had entered the gods domain, she was feeling a little bit more then bratty. A lot of pent up frustration came to her when she was here. She hadn't let it go, the punishment that she had recieved a long time ago. Just doing what she thought she was right, and she lost a lot of her cubhood.
"Well, you could at least warn one when you send your fancy...magical water stuff..." she stumbled over her words, not quite sure what to call the water that he had sent at her. It didn't hurt, but it did startle her. Perhaps it was a little bitterness too, for she didn't have anything fancy and flashy like that. She just stumbled over what she was supposed to do. And after so many failures, it was disheartening to even be a god, let alone not have fancy powers to really prove it.
She flicked her tail, and gave him a nod, acknowledging his presence...though she wasn't sure if he could see her do so or not.

Wingu shuffled his feet, pretending to look down at them. He couldn't stop feeling so nervous! "I-I'm sorry about that, it's the way I can look at objects." he said bashfully. The god lowered his ears, before looking up at Mo'onasi. "Should I s-stop?"
His pale gray eyes reminded all of his blindness, and normally he wouldn't suggest such a thing. But how long had he been asleep? Meeting another god was surely a pleasure, although Momo could've been a tad kinder, in his opinion. "I'm the god of colors. Wha-what is your field of ruling? If I may a-ask..?" He looked down at the ground again, his cheeks slowly turning red from embarassment. He'd never talken to a girl before, let alone another god.

Mo'onasi gave him an odd glance before ruffling her feathers. "Well, it may be already for mortals, but I guess....it would be best to have some sort of warning." She gave a little flick of her tail before continuing. "No, you should not stop, if you cannot see. Blinding yourself isn't the best route to take."
Momo gave him a little nod, quietly noting the colour that grew in his cheeks. I'm Mo'onasi...called Momo. I am the Goddess of Love..." she let out softly. A failure of one at that. It ashamed her, but she didn 't bring it up. She didn't want to. It would bring back too many memories that she didn't want back.

Wingu nodded obediently, head low and submissive. He felt like a child again, obeying the older, wiser god or goddess.
"Momo.." he said, and couldn't help but giggle. Her nickname sounded so funny, even cute. His eyes widened, before his cheeks flushed a bit more. Cute? How dare he think of her this way? He shook his head, and listened intently as to what element she held power over.
"L-l-love?" he stammered, swallowing a lump in his throat. Oh dear, now he felt as though all arrows were pointing at her! WIngu couldn't help but give a nervous laugh, trying to act lighthearted. "That's a w-wonderful field to reign over, miss Momo!" He smiled, before saying quickly, "E-er, I mean miss Mo'onasi. Pardon me.." He whispered the last part, ears lowering.
He sat for a moment, trying to think of something to say, as well as trying to have his cheeks retain their former milky tone. "A-ah.. is it fun.. being the goddess of l-l-love?"

Mo'onasi gave his a sly look, wondering just why he was studdering so much. Did he have a speaking impediment or something?
Momo gave him a little giggle before answering his question. "Ummm, well sometimes it's nice, but since I kind of stink at it, it isn't always that great." She said gingerly. He felt kind of bad for him, he who seemed really...really shy. More shy then he probably should be.
"Do you find something as Colors interesting? Is it the one such as you that dresses the rainbow in the sky after it rains?" Her question was one of curiouslity, since she though of rainbows as something that could be romantic, and as such interested her.

He smiled nervously, before lowering his ears more. Poor Momo obviously didn't like being a god.. or at least being the goddess of love. "I-I'm sure it can't be all that bad.."
At her question, he sat upright, eyes focusing on the area from which her voice was coming from. Her sweet, kind voi-NO! He'd barely met her! For all he knew, she could've been a goddess of temptation! N-n-not that she w-was, though.. right?
"E-erm.. well.." He looked away for an answer, before looking back up. His eyes focused on a point almost directly next to Momo; Poor god forgot where she was in that moment! "S-sometimes.. I usually bring the rainbow after a heavy storm.. W-would you like to see a demonstration?" he asked excitedly, then quietly.

Intrigued, Momo gave him an encouraging nod before taking a few steps forward. She flicked her tail before sitting down, her wings folded gently across her back.
"A demonstration would be nice, actually." She gave him another nod, curiosity filling her mind more then anything, at the moment.

Wingu smiled shyly and nodded, before backing up a few feet from him.
He set a paw forward, allowing the liquid to spill from it. Once a little pool had been created, he bent down to dip his feathers in the liquid, before standing up. Although the wings were now wet and dripping with it, he ignored that, and turned around.
At once, he began running as fast as his paws could carry him, eyes closed. He didn't know where he was going, anyways. But the liquid on his feathers was slowly starting to drip off, one droplet after another. Before long, the god took flight, and his wings were practically painting the rainbow through the sky, each droplet freezing in it's place. Wingu then began to descend, looking very proud, yet shy.
All of a sudden, a jutting rock from below the misty ground hooked one of his paws, sending him skidding along the ground for a good 30-40 feet. As he slowed a few feet from Momo, he stood up quickly, fiddling with his mane and wings. Oooh, he hated being unkempt! "M-momo?" he called out, looking around helplessly. What if she had left?

Mo'onasi, had not left, not at all. She was amazed to see just how the god of colours created the rainbow, right in front of her eyes. It helped to humble her a bit, one that held no trust for other gods.
"Yes...I'm here still." She smiled softly. "That was...amazing, Wingu!" She giggled, a soft noise that danced through the emptyness of the god's haven. "What a pleasure to see....my...my domain has nothing fancy like that...very nice."

Amazing? W-well, Wingu hadn't thought of it as that. "Aheh.. I-I.. w-well it's... I mean.." he stammered, his cheeks turning a familiar red once more. She was too kind to him..
At her comments, he smiled shyly, before a genuine one replaced it. "Of course there is... you're very fancy, in my opinion.." He stood there, before widening his eyes. What if she took that the wrong way!? He had to make up something! Quick! "I-I mean, y-you're fancy.. Wh-what I mean is I'd fancy you-NO! N-NO! I-I mean t-to s-say.. O-oh dear.." He lowered his ears, and immediately hid his face with his wings. How awful!
