Kellen was reading on the couch in the waiting room. Waiting. Well, that's what it was there for, wasn't it? He didn't expect anyone today, but that'd never stopped anyone from coming in before.

"Parvana please. There is nothing to worry about." Shanara's strain voice came from down the hall. "Remmber, Yuki is learning these things." Then a sharp angery cry of a little girl.
SHanara pushed opned open the door to the the clinic with a screaming Parvana on her hip. Large angery tears glittred down her cheeks, one of the girl's pigtails had come undone, letting half of her shiny hair fall down around her butter yellow face.
Shanara gave the guy sitting in the waiting room a nerviuoes smile as she tried to calm the girl.

Kellen walked over, and smiled. This was the patient that was "not supposed to come today". She was beautiful.
"Is this Parvana, then?"
He reached out to stroke her hair just a tiny bit.
"You're very pretty, sweetheart. Yukito wanted me to look at you."

Parvana looked up at him with her large then hid her face agaisnt Shanara's chest. The garduain gave Kellen an apolgetic smile. "Sorry, I'm sure I should have called first, and Parvana had another nightmare last night, so she isn't her normale self today." Shanara was a little out of breath, and she looked a little ragged, her ears layingdown flat in irattion, though she kept her tone and actions soft and loving towards her little charge.
Parvana peeked out at him, curioues, but not wanting to be friendly yet.

Shanara looked down and watched Parvana to see if the girl would reply. The butterfly Sin'aies wings fluttred a little, as she nodded slowly, nibbling on one of her fingernails.
Shanara genteally whipped the remaining tears from the girl's cheeks, pressing a kiss to her for head. At least she stopped crying. "Yeah, we like cousion Yukito and Auntie Ryane and all thier family, right."
Parvana shook her head vemonly at that, looking up at her mother, her black eyes glittering. "No! No like Lu, Lu mean!"

He smiled softly, and motioned back into the clinic.
"You can hold her for the checkup if you like. I'm expecting Yuikto to drop by momentarily, if that will help."

"Yuki coming?" Parvana asked looking over at the doctor as Shanara followed him into the clinic.
Shanara patted the girl's back as she carried her, swiching hips. "Sounds like it."

As if summoned by his cousin's question there was a knock on the door and Yukito stepped in shifting so that his weight was on his good foot. Then he gave a smiled, "Parvana, Miss Shanara!" He said happily, tail lashing back and forth, "Hello. Hello Dr. Kellen."

Kellen smiled at Yukito appreciatively, and eyed in the direction of the clinic.
"I think I should go get things ready - Can you watch over things for a bit, Yukito?"

Parvana's head snapped around looking over at Yukito, "Yuki!" She cried, holding her hands out to him, making a grabby motion. "Yuki, Yuki!" Shanara turned smiling at Yukito, noticing his limp.
"No Parvana, I'll take you into the room. You can sit on Yukito's lap when we get there, if it's okay with him."

Yukito made his way over to them to give Parvana a hug then looked up at Shanara, "Thank you. Yes I can hold her once Dr. Kellen has everything ready and set up." He told her and lifting a hand, "Your hair fell down." He told Parvana then took the ribbon off the end of his braid and fixed it so that her hair was matching on both sides again, "There you go."

Shanara wrapped her free arm around Yukito for a quick hug. Pravana's lip slowly started to push out in an angery pout, unshed tears sparkling in her eyes. "Want Yuki now!" she pouted.
"Yuki is hurt, he might hurt himself more if he tries to carry you." She explaned to Parvana softly. "But he said he would hold you once he could sit down."

Yukito made his way over to sit down on one of the seats and gave a little groan, "Sorry about that Parvana. I should have been more careful. Here you can come sit with me for now ok?" He said holding his arms out to her.

Parvana wiggled and struggled, almost making Shanara drop her, making it to the floor and crawled over to Yukito and with his help crawled up onto his lap. Wrapping her arms around his neck, holding him tightly.
