WARNING: We know what we're doing.

Welcome to the Miniature Avatar Talk. Since every decent guild needs an original "LAWLZ GET YUR RATES HERE" thread, why not start one? Of course, I should probably warn you; we're harsh, we're honest, and we know what we're doing. I don't see the need to take up more than one post, so here's the list of judges:

JUDGES

Who Cut the Cheese - That's me. Although I don't have a worthy avatar to showcase right now, since I've recently been hacked and is currently showcasing my friends' event items for sale.

Sadistic Pyro - You heard her. She's the person who referred me to this thread, so I might as well let her in on some of the rating action. >D

--OPEN-- - Prove to us you have some experience with rating/avatar-creating.

Criteria

This should be no problem for some of you. The most important things are listed in order:

-Colour coordination
-Colour theme/flow
-Originality
-"Heaviness"

TYPES OF RATES - IMPORTANT! wahmbulance

1. CRITICAL

We will be harsh, if the situation fits. We will be honest. We will NOT point out the "nice things" on your avatar, because we expect you to know it already. We'll only point out the mistakes, and encourage you to correct it.

2. NORMAL / SUGGESTION

Just a few light comments with a rate. We'll point out some things we like about your avatar, and dish out some suggestions of how you can make it better. This is the "AVERAGE" choice for ATers, and the one we recommend. (:

Please point out, in your post, which type of rating you want to receive. If you don't mention it, we'll just pick whichever type suits you best.

I like it. It's rare to find simple, clean-cut avatars nowadays. If you have enough money, buy a pair of horns. If not, try to find some black headgear-accessory to balance the black in your avatar.

Also, a belt would be nice.

i know this outfit is plain and unorigional, it was one of my first outfits that i liked coming to gaia. rate me how you wish. i will have more outfits after this one's rated. ;D

It's a little plain, but the item choices were pretty cute nonetheless. Frankly, if you wanted to go with a brown-monochrome-theme, I'd suggest you change your hair to brown. If you want to keep the blonde, add a brown hat, a gold necklace, a gold/yellow belt and a 'Yellow Pimping Cane'.

Actually, it's not bad. Just a bit overused, but that can be fixed with a touch of magic advice.
First off, you're a bit "bottom-heavy". This means your avatar feels like it's sort of empty at the top, and cluttered at the bottom. You can remedy this by adding a few more headgear items. I suggest you buy Sharp Fish Teeth to balance the white in the kiki kitty, and a white belt of some sort.

The pants have GOT to go, though. They're big a lumpy, and they barely match anything in your avatar. 3nodding
