Yeah, I changed the topic 'cause nobody was responding to it. I like the idea of growing strategically unstoppable forces (something close to 100 Hidralisks, for instance) or also unbeatable defenders (like an Archon surrounded by Energy batteries)

I was always a terran player. They had the best defensive abilities by far. Usually i'd force everything into a bottleneck with bunkers and supply depots, then fill the bunkers with marines while Siege tanks are blasting away. Really effective against a zerg rush if your fast enough, always kept a battlecruiser force with a few science vessels and valkyres for air battles. I was pretty well covered.
AND THE ALMIGHTY NUKE!!! Lol nothing is better than building 15 of the things and sending 20-30 ghosts(makes it harder for the enemy to pick out the correct ones) and then doing a spread nuke drop (in other words the ghost would scatter all the nuke targets across the base AT THE SAME TIME rather than focus on one spot)

Starcraft kicked a**. If only I had the anti-laziness to play it again. Also, I preferred Protoss.

The Zerg and Protoss got overrated fast. Terran actually turned out to be the best race on the Lost Temple. Recently, though, I've been hearing about this new map called Luna replacing it in popularity among serious players.

I just have one question concerning Starcraft... With the apparent disappearance of Starcraft: Ghost and the apparent focus on the Warcraft series, you think they'll ever get around to making a Starcraft 2?
Sure hope so. o_o; Warcraft is cool and all, but I wouldn't mind seeing the Zerg or Protoss with Warcraft 3 graphics.

Starcraft 2 would be amazing, and I was sad when Ghost went away sad
I can't see them making any Starcraft game soon, as they're still so focused on WoW. They'd basically have to get a whole new development team.

I don't like WCIII graphics. They're kiddie graphics. I want evil, strong looking orcish grunts and effeminate looking elves fighting, I don't want to play the Loony Tunes RTS. I'm game for 3D graphics, just not cartooney ones.

TwilightDarkling Starcraft 2 would be amazing, and I was sad when Ghost went away sad I can't see them making any Starcraft game soon, as they're still so focused on WoW. They'd basically have to get a whole new development team. ... >> I can't confirm anything, but there was a rumor on IGN (For those who don't know, IGN is a rather respected source of game-related news) that Blizzard may have a Starcraft 2 beta out by the end of year. Plus, Blizzard was in fact quoted as saying that they "plan on revisiting the Starcraft series on the PC sometime in the future", so let's keep our fingers crossed... And I'm sure WoW is good, but frankly I'm staying away from it. v.v; Heard too many stories from friends who play WoW that it will consume your whole life, and that the disks for the game are about 30% crack cocaine. (Note: This just refers to the fact that the game is addictive. That's why I never went past Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne)
