It's been going on for a while now, but I feel depressed. I know teenagers go through mood swings and stuff like that, but lately I've been feeling nothing but depressed. What should I do?

Well when I'm feeling depressed I go in search of the things that made me happiest when done. For example playing a certain song on th guitar, or being around a special someone who just makes everthing better by being there. And if you want to solve it completely you should talk with someone who you have complete trust in and just talk about all the things going on in your life and they will beable to help you figure out whats casuing your depression. And if all else fails...there always is ice cream! smile I hope your feeling better soon and just go back to doing the things that made you happy, or find new ones.

Your diet might have something to do with it, ive noticed when i eat breakfast and drank more than just soda but orange juice and more water that im not depress that day.

Also find something that entertains you such as role playing, as it did help me when i was depressed a year ago. Loosen up on the sad songs, thou they are nice they shouldnt be listened to over and over again, it will get to your head.

Move around more like simply go out of your room and say hi to people, have a conversation for once. If your a electronic person than switch of from just computer and music all the time to watching tv, something funny like Sienfield or Whos Line Is IT Anyways? It will help.

More or less, try to find the thing that cures you. Im not talking about some person but instead something that you can put your mind to. It will help with not being depressed. And also like your doing now, talk about it to others because after awhile it will become a boring topic and you will have to force yourself to talk about something else, something more cheerful.
