See-Saw sings Tasogare no Umi, I'm 99% positive.

Holy crap, Cowboy Bebop.

Nevermind, the saddest song ever is Call Me, Call Me from Cowboy Bebop.

"sora no aosa" by Akino Arai, from the anime PALME.
And of course, "gibbs" by Shiina Ringo.
And "how i made my millions" by Radiohead.
There's a lot, I know, I can't think of them right now.

crying

I really like Kirei no Kanjo. Also, Kiseki no Umi from Record of Lodoss War, but I don't think it's that sad. Just good.

SIREN by Asian Kung-Fu Generation always struck me as sad. At least, that's the emotion I feel when I listen to it.

Yuugure by The Back Horn. Actually they have a lot of sad songs. Not in the traditional sense though... well, maybe they do. I don't know.

Songs aren't really considered sad by me. I suppose "Mushi" by Dir en grey and "Honey, I Know" & "Come Back To Me" by Se7en.

I used to cry when "Mushi" came on and "Honey, I Know". I also Cried the first two times when I saw the PV for "Come Back To Me". They don't affect me much now.
